It was a very clean restaurant since it’s new but we spent almost $100 on food for four people only to get it cold! The kids working were more concerned about their friends coming in and chatting with them and getting them food. I’m sure our food was sitting in the back for quite a while and we were giving them grace since it’s a newer one but when it comes out cold that’s unacceptable. The quality of the food compared to other shake shacks was pathetic. Hopefully the management gets this under control. When you have a bunch of kids running a place this is what is going to happen. I will say the kids working were nice enough not rude by any means but they need to realize they are working a job and people are paying customers in there. I’m sure their friends weren’t paying...

Food had good flavor. Unfortunately the patties were lukewarm. And paying extra for the garlic Parmesan fries wasn’t worth the cost; feels like I paid (or was tricked out of) $2 for a sprinkle of parm.
It’s a new store, I get it, maybe a month since opening. But first impressions are first impressions, and this is a one and...
