Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

Rude baristas! I used to stop here after grocery shopping and was happy with my drink and their services but recently, 4 times in a row I had bad experience with 4 different baristas about they services:

Charged more and did not give you recipt unless you ask. I always order 1 type of drink and realized the different in price. When I asked her why, she could not explain herself and try to filled up my coffee cup with milk. Did wrong order and did not have attempt to make a new drink. Mumbled to herself about customers loud enough to let them hear her (called them cheap) . What kind of service is that? Had attitude

Tried to order a drink and the lady copped an attitude and said we close in 45 minutes, we don’t blend drinks this close to closing. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that stops making blended drinks that early! Every time I go there it’s always an issue, doesn’t matter what time I go. Please hire some employees who are less rude and don’t get angry when you try to order a drink...

They couldn’t even make my venting iced chai with cinnamon on top properly, I came in to ask to remake it and they put milk and cinnamon only as if that’s how you make it & both times my cup wasn’t even filled all the way. Had to go to a different Starbucks and ask them to remake...
