Go to a different Starbucks. I was trying to work and stepped outside to take a couple of phone calls since the music was ridiculously loud. When I came back in, the manager (or whatever she is) had the nerve to tell me I couldn't leave my stuff inside while I took a call. I politely asked her if she could turn the music down so I could actually hear the person on the other end of the phone, and she straight-up refused, claiming I was the only one who had an issue with the noise.
Instead of offering any kind of reasonable solution, she told me I’d have to pack up my stuff every single time I stepped outside and then unpack it again when I came back in. This is absolutely absurd. Starbucks is supposed to be a place where people can work, relax, and enjoy their coffee—not a damn nightclub with blaring music.

Read moreI am from out of town (unfamiliar with the area) just wanted to get some coffee and a snack. I used the mobile order since we were on our way out of town and this was along the way. When I got to this location the lobby doors were locked and said go to the mobile order pickup window, so I walked over there and waited for a couple minutes before I saw the hand painted sign on the window that said mobile order pickup window only between 7am-10am ( it was noon) must go thru drive thru. The drive thru was wrapped around the building. There was no option to cancel my order so we had to wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. I watched multiple other people try to pick up mobile orders the same way. Starbucks needs to put this information in the app for this location so we know ahead of time. The whole point of mobile ordering is so you can bypass the line at the counter...

We placed a mobile order for 2 ice teas then pulled in the drive thru there was 2 cars ahead of us she said hopefully when we pull up to the window it would be ready. We pull around she said it was not ready and we would have to wait in front I asked her if we would have ordered when we pulled up if it would be ready she said “yes. Because you ordered wrong you will have to wait” I said we can wait right here and put the car in park as I know it’s just ice tea and with how slow they looked would take less then a min to make. Then she said she will call the police on us since we won’t go park in the front. Which I laughed at And she got very hostile asking if we wanted the tea we would need to go pull around and park.”
