I was excited for this place to open because I wanted a wing place closer to my apartment, as my usual place was farther away from me now that I had moved. While I expected the prices to be around other places I've gone (ATL Wings, Buffalo Wild Wings) the food unfortunately did not live up to the price point. I usually order traditional wings but I was told that the wait would be 17 minutes (ATL gets them out in less than 10). I ordered a combo which came out to over $15 with cajun spice, which they forgot to put on the fries. I settled for boneless since I didn't want to wait that long and what I can say is that if you want boneless wings of that quality, do yourself a favor and buy a $10 bag of Tyson boneless wings, they're about the same quality. The amount of fries you get is disappointing as well, and equate to about the size of a McDonald's small fry (for double the price). They're also not great fries, I can go to ATL and get a plate of fries for the same price, but triple the amount and much crispier (WITH seasoning!).
All in all, this place is pretty disappointing. I'm not sure where these other reviews are coming from or how they're so glowing, but I can tell you I've had a lot of wings in my life and these just didn't work for the price. I would say that if you paid $8.50 for 10 wings, it would make sense but this place prices itself out of its level of quality.
Do yourself a favor and go to ATL Wings instead.
EDIT: I would also like to point out that most of the reviews here are also single-time reviewers. That should tell you whether they are...
Read moreWhen I arrived we waited at the register for a few minutes while one employee cleaned the tables in the store. She eventually came to take out order but without greeting us said “you can order to go but you can’t eat here, because I just cleaned the tables for the night” after giving our order the woman in the back are some food at the preparation area then used her gloved hand to move a trash can to the frier area to clean it out. She continued to shove those dirty gloved hands into the area that fries sit after being cooked, then used a tool to scrape excess residue and rubbed it on the trash bag then back into the area where food sits. With those same gloves on she grabbed her Stanley cup for a drink which was sitting on the counter next to her meal where food is to be prepared then proceeded to make an order without changing gloves or washing hands. I asked if she could change her gloves before handling food and she rolled her eyes threw gloves onto the floor and put on another pair without washing hands. After getting my food (which I ended up giving to a homeless person outside because I questioned how their food is handled) I asked for a receipt only to find out that the manager was the one using her dirty gloves to prepare orders. She refused to give me a receipt saying it wasn’t working and here we are. I’ve already filed complaints with the health department and will tell everyone I can how terrible my experience is and how unsanitary this store and their...
Read moreMy negative review keeps getting deleting. Im sure the heavy set female manager keeps taking my review down. The Buffalo spot experience. I stopped in for lunch a couple days ago and ordered the buffalo fries. The food was good as expected. Unfortunately the experience was questionable. We were eating lunch when a older lady appeared to be homeless/drug addict walked in with her own personal cup filled it at the beverage station. The situation concerned me due to the unknown sanitary conditions of the personal cup. I inquired about the situation to the on duty manager and was informed she was the newly hired manager scary. A few minutes later two store employees were seen taking a box full of food and a tray with atleast another 10 boxes that I can see. I asked the manager if the buffalo spot does catering. The young hispanic manager replied we don't do catering. I replied I see two employees carrying a box and a tray full of food to provide the newly hired manager. They loaded the food into a gray chevy pickup truck. Looks like they were (stealing food and taking it through the back side door.) I asked the manager who this two female employees were (the general manager and a cashier). Thats how businesses go out of business by having dishonest poeple running...
