My first time coming to this location. I had my son with me and had just picked him up from school. We went through the drive-thru, I was originally going to get 2 Boo bags, On one of the boo bag meals, I asked if I could, Replace the burger with a spicy chicken sandwich Instead, I would of paid the up charge.. I was told through the intercom by the woman taking my order, That I was not allowed to replace the boo bag meal burger.. So as I got to the window to pay, I forgot that my father-in-law was at home and I was going to order him something off the value menu, And since I was not in front of the ordering screen. I asked the drive thru attendant, What were my options and she said, the only thing they had were Junior cheeseburgers, I said OK great Iâll take 2 of those no onions, please.. The drive-thru attendant/Shift leader told me. Iâm sorry, but you canât order at the drive-through window. Youâre gonna have to go back around. Wow I thought! Any other fast food place last minute I could always order something that I forgot to add at the window. I drove back around through the drive-thru again, to order and get my receipt for the original order that I didnât get. I then paid for my other order. I asked the drive-thru attendant. What was the shift leaders name? Because I had seen the shift leader, Had Rolled her eyes and have an attitude, when I had asked for my receipt when I had to go back around the second time to order. when it all couldâve been prevented, by me adding on my things last minute for two sandwiches, But then I had to drive back around anyways, because they had forgot to give me my receipt, So I asked the drive-thru attendant for the shift leaders name, She had responded with a question, and said what? I repeated myself, and said yes what is your shift leaders name? âthe one that said I could not order My sandwiches, on at the window, And the one who said I couldnât switch out my boo bag meal burger, for a spicy chicken sandwich..â The drive-thru attendant, then responded with I donât know her name, itâs Marcy or something starts with an M, and there is 3 of them. She very much had an attitude, in response of me asking her, and was reluctant to give me the shift leaders name at first. I got the shift leaders name, My son and I started to drive off.. Surely, I think to myself, as Iâm driving off no way this could get worse.. wrong.. My Sonâs looking through the bag, so he can have his chocolate Frosty from his boo bag meal.. As heâs searching around in the bag, there were no straws for the Frostyâs only spoons. I have not been to a Wendyâs in years mind you, These orders were placed on October, 25, 2024 At 12:47 PM And 12:44 PM I will not be returning to this location, district managers. You really need to hire better shift managers/general managers. For this location, That was the most horrible Service from a fast food place, that I have ever experienced, very unprofessional Employees/Staff And I understand if they were busy, or trying to keep their drive-through time down. It is the job they signed up for to work under pressure, and work in the Industry that they do. Itâs the job they got hired for, if they cannot, handle the pressures of the job. then they should seek employment somewhere else.. it is not Acceptable Behavior on the staff/employees. to let the customers suffer this way, I didnât even get as hello/thank you/Bye from any of the employees. We will not be returning to This location until the staff/employees have had some more training, Customer service.. maybe watch some Ted talks or something, lack of...
   Read moreZero attention span at the drive thru and way too rushed. My order was messed up beyond belief. Requested a regular chicken nugget meal, medium size, with ice water, sweet and sour sauce, and a chocolate frosty. I got a stale, spicy nuggets with equally stale fries, buttermilk ranch, awesome sauce, and no frosty when I pulled up to the window. They were laughing when I placed my order and needed to confirm multiple things several times, sometimes still messing it up directly after a correction was made. When I needed to ask for a frosty, the girls stopped laughing amongst themselves and just gave a deadpan stare before actually getting me the frosty. What's more, I was through their drive thru within two minutes and had several people ahead of me when I arrived. That's ridiculous. Don't sacrifice quality for speed to that large of an extent.
This also seems to be a continuous problem for the past several months with the drive thru, based on all the one star reviews talking about it. Laughing, no attention, and messed up orders. What is the manager of this place doing? Get rid of the lady on drive thru. Go make her fry the fries instead. She has no place in a customer service position. And if she's too incompetent to fry fries, fire her. No severance package can be worth more than the money she is losing...
   Read moreI just waited for 45 minutes to get cold food. I cannot believe how long it took for 2 hamburgers and 2 fries. I could even understand having to wait in a long line there was 3 cars ahead of me so the first 20 minutes i said it is ok. Those cars maybe waited 5 minutes each. I ordered and got to window I paid and guess what I waited another 20 minutes overall it was 45 minutes or more. They definitely did something as I waited looking through the window I saw 4 employees walking around putting stuff away from boxes didn't see anyonerushing or making food and I looked becauseI had 20 minutes to look. Paid 37 dollars for 2 meals a large a small and 2 6 PC nuggets everything I mean everything was cold and when I mean cold I mean iceberg cold I literally had to microwave my food. Very very disappointed with Wendy's and this location employees the night crew who ever they are. I probably will never eat here again. 4th time something like this happens. Worst part is that there was more people lined up behind me. I hope they got warm...
