I was in a hotel near this location, but without a vehicle, so I ordered doordash....
I ordered the new saucy nugs. They were so good!
But..... They are messy, and they did not supply a fork. I did get plenty of napkins, but I still called and spoke to the manager, the manager said he was so sorry and will do some quick coaching. Awesome, that's what I like to hear. So you're wondering why 1 star?
Well I decided I wanted some more of the saucy nugs so I ordered more!
This time I gave my door dasher permission to open my bag via text to make sure they included a fork. He said "I got you!".
He came with my order and said he was glad I gave him permission to open the bag, cause he still checked after the employee told him there was a fork in the bag, CAUSE THERE WASNT A FLIPPING FORK!! Really?!
They also didn't include any napkins!
This is not acceptable!
I will be calling back during the day and speak with a assistant manager or the store manager about this should not...

When I tried to call and talk to the manager Maria and Elicia were super rude. They demanded I bring my food back, so they can add the extra toppings on my food that I had already brought home. They also tried to lie about who took my order when it clearly says the name on the recipt which was Nelida. And when I brought that up they clearly took it personal by wanting to argue about what they do in their line of work like I worked there. My husband had his eyes on this place since they started building it, our first visit the manager was rude on the intercom when the girl tried taking our order he got on right away and said, wait!! We heard them talking he seemed upset with her, then she took my order with a whole attitude then proceeds to take my phone out my husband's hand, if I would have know she needed to tap my phone inside the restaurant I would have got my card out my purse.i told her next time she needs to let the customer know, she gives us our food then slams the window smh.. this place needs better employees with better attitudes ,the manager needs to be a better example to...
