This location is always frustrating to go to. I work in the plaza and majority of the time if I have to go in the store to grab something quick to eat on my 30 min lunch break they take up my entire break. I usually order fries and a drink and that’s it mind you. Today your staff took 20 minutes just to get the two peoples orders in front of me. I didn’t have any time left on my break because I only had 10 more minutes to make it back to my work in time, so I had to leave and whoever was taking the order was still taking their time with the person that would of been in front of me. I didn’t even get to get anything to eat and now I have to go my whole rest of my shift with nothing to eat. I get that times are tough and it’s probably hard keeping employees working especially at a fast food restaurant where the turn around is High, but you really need to figure out a more efficient system in regards to keeping the flow going inside your store. I have never complained about this and have been going to this location for years because of convenience, but it’s really frustrating that you only have one person taking orders when you have two registers, and the people you have taking orders aren’t usually trained properly which makes the process even longer. It’s supposed to be fast food, not “take your sweet time” food. Read moreBad experience at this Wendy's, not going back for a long time. The person taking my order at the drive thru was very short with me and sounded annoyed, they only said two words "hello" and "okay". No order total was given, no "anything else for you today?", it was awkward. But whatever, I get to the window and give them my card to pay. They come back and ask me if I have another form of payment. I tell them I don't, I just have my debit card but there's definitely money on it and I haven't had any problems with it (I even went to a store right after this, card worked no prob and it's always worked at this Wendy's before). The guy asks again if I have cash. I tell him I don't (I just don't usually carry cash). Under his breath he goes "pshh, don't even have 3 dollars?". So much attitude. A much nicer young lady came up and offered to put my order in on another register at the counter and ring me up there. I tell her that would be great. She comes back up after a second and says her manager won't let her do it...who knows why. There were ZERO cars behind me, not sure why they wouldn't let her do that. They were just like 'sorry, nothing we can do for you'. So I had to leave with no food. Read moreObviously at 1145pm the lobby was closed, so we go through the drive through. The lady at the drive thru was snotty, snarky, pushy and rude. She rushed us to order, asked if we waved drinks, we said yes and before we could respond she said " what kind, i dont have a crystal ball". My husband said dr pepper and coke, she says which is it. When we pulled up to the window there was an older lady, with white hair ( think her tag said chris) working. I told her i get its almost midnight but no need to be so rude, she days it's not that, you wanted drinks and didn't tell me want kind. I said they're are 4 of us in the car, were figuring it out, but you were being pushy. I told her i have 30yrs in customer service and never spoke to people the way she did. All she keep saying was let me get you order, let me get your order. We asked any the receipt, she days it's in the bag, surprise , no receipt to show whant i paid 30.00 for.
