*UPDATE -- I got a negative rating on Uber eats all due to this mistake. Jasmine should've spoke to the customer to talk about different options while I am there but was NEVER done to have a satisfied customer.
I usually don't have issues with ordering and pay for this place until now (I deliver with uber eats). The language barrier is really there unfortunately. She (Jasmine) completely lied to me about the 1 food being sold out and then proceeded to tell me about different food choices AND the customer agreed and went with the salmon (being the replacement) BUT INSTEAD DID LO MEIN WITHOUT MY CONSENT... because of the lie, I'm going to be negatively impacted thanks to this lie... this is my last time being here as a delivery driver for uber eats. When I do uber eats IT'S ALWAYS ORDER AND PAY (requires the uber eats prepaid card), I hand my phone (customers ordering) to the hostess (and they submit the order without trouble... The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The atmosphere was generally fine, although it was surprisingly quiet for a busy night, which may suggest they are struggling to attract customers.
Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The octopus was not fresh, and the sushi was quite dry with fish that didn't seem very fresh. For the price, we have had much better sushi elsewhere. Additionally, there were some young teenagers, possibly the owners' children, making loud and inappropriate noises, which was quite off-putting.
Overall, while the service was excellent, the quality of the food and some aspects of the environment could use improvement. We hope that Chikara Sushi can address these issues and enhance the dining experience for...

She asked if she could get something else but was told if she did she would still have to pay for her meal and then pay if she ordered something additionally.
