This little non-assuming Pizza joint in pigeon Forge blew my mind hole apart! I walked in there and one of the managers, Robert, was instantly extremely kind and you could tell he loved his job and took great pride in it. This made me very excited about getting my pizza seeing that this is clearly a great company that cares about its product and its employees. I am glad I came in here. This pizza was so freaking good. I literally wrote Home about it. I mean not in the post or anything, but I did text my mom a picture and let her know. I just had one of the best pizzas I had had in a long long time and that’s saying a lot. I’m from the West Coast and there’s a lot of good pizza but this is one of the toppers in general, no-frills delicious puffy, perfect crust with just the right amount of cheese sauce and toppings. I am over the moon, and speaking of moon… My stomach is now shaped like a moon as it protrudes out of my body from finishing the pizza all by myself. Do yourself a favor and stuff your pie hole full of an amazing pizza pie from this place!

3 other pizza restaurants on the main road (Parkway) were at least an hour wait on a Saturday afternoon. Don't waste time with those overpriced places. Pizza at the Cove had zero wait; we were seated immediately. The friendly woman at the counter helpfully got us an extra chair for our party of 5. You order at the counter and there is a dining room to eat in. One thing I noticed is that there is no salads, although many of the items looked delicious. Service was fast and super friendly. Restrooms were very clean. TV was playing Animal Planet, which my kids and I enjoyed. And the pizza. The pizza was...AMAZING. Truly some of the best we've ever eaten. We ordered the meat lovers as well as a 7" veggie for our son. The regular crust had a delicious garlic taste. The sauce was flavorful and the meat was packed on, baked to perfection. Soooo good! Free soft drink refills. Highly recommend this place. The next time we visit the Smokys we will be sure to eat here again!

With very few people at this place we didn’t expect our order to take 45 min to come out. It was only when we got the pizza that we noticed the many discrepancies. So we had 2 pizzas and some garlic knots. One small pizza with a few toppings. We asked if the build your own comes with any toppings like cheese and the lady said well you have to pick some toppings. Well naturally we asked for cheese and some mushrooms and green peppers and pepperoni. So it turns out, they charged us extra for the cheese! They rang up the cheese as extra cheese. So we got fleeced right at the start with “extra” cheese. And look at the toppings we got. Mind you, every topping is charged and we get a handful of pepperoni, 5 slices of mushroom and a sprinkling of small green peppers this was a small and ended up costing more than a large pizza. No sign of extra cheese with a bland sauce. Never again. Stay away from this place.

I walked in with my boyfriend. The lady at the counter named Madison G gave us attitude off the bat. She gave us dirty looks the entire time and have us attitude. She asked what we wanted then I said we needed a minute, she said oh and pizza is an hour wait. There literally isn’t anyone there, so how could that have been? Also, we didn’t ask her for pizza, so why say that to use right off the bat with attitude? I asked her if we can do hot garlic parm, she said no, but we can do garlic parm and buffalo separate. I asked her if we could just have it mixed, since that’s literally the same thing. She said no. And that just confused me because why wouldn’t you be able to mix it? The worst part was was I asked her if the wings came with ranch or not, she didn’t answer and just charged me $0.99 for ranch. I went back in to get my receipt and asked her why she said the order was $18.71if the wings were $14.99? She then prints out the receipt with attitude and slams it on the counter. I read it and asked her why she charged me for the ranch when she didn’t even answer my question about if it came with it or not. I mean wings always come with ranch so why would I be charged extra for that. Either way, I asked for my money back and she gave me attitude again and said well we need a manager to do that, and being that there isn’t a manager on the floor here we can’t do it. So I said ok that’s fine I’ll just have to remember that for next time and walked out. I have yet to try the food, but after that encounter I can expect them to be awful. As far as the inside of the place, it looks like it’s poorly maintained. The outside stinks of trash, the inside has sticky tables and dirty floors. We decided to just take the wings to go after all of this. I even gave her a decent tip when I first ordered, despite her being a major...

We are at pizza on the cove while on vacation. The menu looked pretty good online so we decided to give it a try. We wanted to grab and go but the phone number didn’t work so we decided to stop by on our way back to our cabin. I walked in to make sure they were open before getting my family out of the car. The man at the front counter told me he turned off the phones because they were so busy. He then told me I could order at the kiosk if I wanted to place an order. I placed our order a large pizza, cheese sticks a small/kids pizza, corn nuggets and fried mac n cheese bites. After I placed our order I asked the man at the counter to please make sure our pizza was cooked light because my kids won’t eat it if they think it’s “burned”. He assured me everything would be fine. We got our food and the small pizza was so dark that it had to be sent back. The dough is very thick and weirdly bubbly. While we were waiting for our son’s pizza to be remade the man told us that his pizza was lightly done. It’s just the garlic butter that they put on top of the cheese that makes it look that way. The garlic butter that is on the pizza contains crushed red pepper as well and the pizza had a kick to it. We won’t ever be back. We have been home for a month now and my 3 year old won’t eat pizza anymore. She thinks all pizza is “spicy”.

Save your time and money and go...

Overwhelmingly loud, cramped and stressful place to eat a Sam's Club quality pizza for four times the price. NO CASH OPTION, so you've got to pay the greedy credit card processor. The pizza was badly burnt and only cut halfway through, making a frustrating dinner. We got a thin, large pepperoni pizza and 20oz drinks. They were out of stock on half the drinks we ordered. We ate out of the box despite ordering dine in and got pizza foil rounds to use as plates, a messy option. We later saw all the actual plates stacked on the trash cans, so I assume they don't hire enough or pay staff enough to deal with housekeeping. There was only one napkin dispenser that was stocked for the entire restaurant and shared amongst dirty tables. The trash was overflowing. This place was very busy and VERY understaffed. I don't understand the high ratings. This place was clearly, very poorly managed. Two people on staff on a Friday night tells your customers money's more important than customer experience. It's very clear the owner(s) is/are out to make money, not provide a quality place to work. Pigeon forge...
