Jana was my aesthetician. EXCELLENT 10/10. She made me feel so comfortable immediately, very professional, friendly, pleasant, communicated every step of both treatments and explained what was getting done , why and what was being used. Checked in on my every step of the way. Above & beyond type of customer service.

Beautiful Spa. I was impressed honestly.

I was visiting from Miami,FL and my husband, Conner made the appointment for me. Honestly, I was hesitant about coming here for spa services being black & an immigrant. However the girl at opposite side of spa was very welcoming and the front desk girl was nice. I was the customer that was only person of color at the time.

They have amenities you can use before and after the treatments (Calming room, Relaxation room, Sauna). I went Friday afternoon and it was not packed thankfully.

I used them all. A locker room- very clean given robe, slippers and towel.

I did the Body Treatment(which was organic scrub with apricot oil) in the Float Spa. OMG the float spa was incredible, that was my favorite part( it feels weightless, but not too enclosed, i spent 30 minutes in it and i was falling asleep). It’s indescribable.I would go back just for that Float Spa. Then i showered off the scrub and did the facial

I did the Spa Signature Facial- which was really a bunch of different masks and serums on my face, she used the machine at 1 point, massaged my neck,shoulders,scalp,calf and feet. No manual extractions. Relaxing. The products they use smell SOOOOO GOOD.

They have hair products in the women’s bathroom after you wash your hair, hair tools (Blowdryer, flat iron, curling iron, Moroccan brand hair products to style yourself).

Spent 3.5 hours there total & had two treatments with JANA: $280 total with the 20% GCT mandatory included. I would not get that at any real SPA ever in Miami.

I have visited this spa for various services over the last 10 years. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I’ve always been very pleased with my treatments. On my recent visit, I saw Haley for a facial which was wonderful and Lucinda for a massage which was equally amazing! Both of them are fantastic at what they do! I only gave 4 stars because my encounter with the check in person at the desk when I arrived left me disappointed and confused. After I gave her my name to check in, she motioned for me to come through the door to the back. Usually at this point at every other spa appointment I’ve had at both this spa, and other spas, they offer a robe and show you the changing area. This young lady did not, so I asked her politely if I would get a robe. Her response was, “If you want one, or you can just undress in the treatment room.” I again found this odd because I plan to receive two services and assume I will need to move rooms after my first service. It would be a hassle to put all of my clothes on to walk to another treatment room for my 2nd service just to undress immediately. I told her I would like a robe please. Her response was “ Well all we have is 5x so you will have to wrap it around you a bunch of times.” It was almost as if she was annoyed that I even asked for a robe by the tone of her voice. At that point I told her I did not want a robe. I sat in the relaxation room fully clothed but noticed other people had robes. Part of every spa experience I have ever had provides a robe during treatment. Luckily Haley who did my facial offered me a robe in the back after my treatment was complete so I did not have to fully clothe to walk two doors down to my massage room. My appointment was early morning, so I don’t understand why I was told no robes were available except a 5x. I will definitely be back to this spa because the atmosphere is great and I loved my treatments. I do hope my experience at the front desk is better...

I just cannot go on anymore about this place from the time I walk through the double doors in the hotel lobby I was greeted with the most friendliest and professional ladies I have ever seen in my life their customer service surpassed anything I could’ve ever imagined in my lifetime .....Sometimes coming these places you know it’s a little nerve-racking and you know you don’t know what to expect in but these people make you feel right at home right away so let me go into my first treatment which I had a 80 minute massage with Stacy Walker massage therapist absolutely the best experience of my life her technique is so perfect told her I needed to relax I had a ton of stress she handled it she knows exactly what she’s doing she knows how to make you drool on the tow sometimes coming these places you know it’s a little nerve-racking and you know you don’t know what to expect in but these people make you feel right at home right away so let me go into my first procedure which I had a 80 minute massage with Stacey walker massage therapist absolutely the best experience of my life her technique is so perfect told her I needed to relax I had a ton of stress she handled it she knows exactly what she’s doing I have had a lot of massages in the past 30 years of my life but she is the bomb Diggity she is amazing and she’s so sweet you can tell her passion is what she does totally enjoyed my day and time with her ... Second part of my visit was with the nail tech group I had a pedicure one of the best pedicures that I had done in a while the atmosphere was quite comforting the quiet rooms are amazing and The people are so kind and so sweet it is so worth the visit absolutely loved my day thank you so very much to all...
