What is the difference between your basic cheeseburger and a Deluxe Quarter Pounder?Price, but what else? And why is it called a Quarter Pounder? Is it possible its called that to lead you to believe that it has a quarter pound of meat in there to set it apart from the basic burgers? Is it false advertising? Should i bring a scale and weigh it next time? But somehow they stuff the same piece of cardboard of a "meat" patty in there same as any cheap burger and NO not "cooked fresh beef when you order" as the box says. "Fresh Beef cooked when you order" why bother putting it on the box if we all can see right through the kitchen and the workers sliding those shelves of dried up meat in the warmers, is there even a grill at the restaurant? How is it cooked fresh? When will MacDonalds measure up to their high prices and serve the food that is worth paying for? Burger King is far better burgers than McDonals. I was amazed when i stopped by Burger King recently one Sunday Morning I had the most juices burger, i was shocked that i was eating fast food. Granted it could have been because it was at 10:3*am and it must have actually been cooked fresh when i ordered. Its so unfortunate that there isn't a Burger Kind around the corner and i am stuck with this place. After so many years in business you would think McDonalds would learn how to make burgers but its always been about making more money to the point of charging people for a cup of water a while ago. You are better off taking your money to a mom and pop place and getting real food for...

I am very soft spoken so I often have to ask that to make sure if I have to repeat myself I can. But after confirming she heard me I placed my order. I got a number 2 on the breakfast menu. That was a sausage and egg and cheese McMuffin, hash brown and a drink. I got my meal then while sitting in the parking lot I looked at my receipt. Now I was not asked what size I wanted my drink. I only said a sweet tea. I was given a medium despite the drink that came with my meal being a small. I was charged for a medium even though I never said I wanted a medium I wasn't even asked for what size I wanted. I was charged $0.55 upcharge. So when I saw this on my receipt I was understandably confused as to what was going on. After I ate my food at home and after asking my family if this had happened before I was urged to return to the restaurant. I did and I spoke to the manager about this confusing question. I explained what happened then the manager explained what this upcharge was about. When I told her I wasn't even asked what size she refunded the $0.55 for me and apologized for me the mistake. I told her have a great day and she said the same. The manager was very nice, professional, understanding and was swift in her response to a...
