Ordered a chocolate shake, mocha frappe and medium fry. The cashier didn't get the medium fry, and the board wasn't working to verify the order, she gave me my change back, I thought she said my order was 10 something I gave her a 20 she gave me back 14 something, I told her she gave me back 5 dollars to much, she took the 5 back and never said a word. A decent cashier would have questioned that. But not this bundle of sunshine, she literally did not utter one word. As we pulled to the next window I told my son if she hates her job that much she should really quit. So we get to the second window, the guys gives me what they call a milk shake, which according to them is their new way of making them was nothing more than thick chocolate milk with some whooped cream in top, I said this is not a milkshake this is thick chocolate milk. That's when he told me that's how they make them now. I got my frappe, which was ticket than the shake, and he said thank you. I said I need my fry, he said you don't have one, I said yes I ordered a medium fry, he said no you didn't... ok yeah I did, then he hands the receipt to a girl and she says there's no fry on here, I said I got 9.00 and some change back from a 20, I know a small frappe and medium shake is not over 10.00. I explained what happened at the 1st window with the 5.00, she said I'll get your 5.00. I said how about you get me a medium fry that I ordered and take it out of the 5 and give me my change, so she says ok, but now I have to go park by the door. So then the manager comes to my car, wants to know what happened, I explain the entire thing to him. He says he'll get me my 5 and the fries, I told him I don't want free food just what I ordered and the rest of my change. He goes in comes back with my 5 and the an order of fries and says he's giving me the fries for the confusion. I told him the girl at the cash window has absolutely no customer service skills and shouldn't be in that position. He's says she's just having a bad day because the computer system is messing up and they have one drive thru lane closed so it's a lot for her. Um really??? I just said ok, thanks him for the fries and left, and I also mentioned to milkshake consistency to him, again in told that's how they are. So no more milkshakes from McDonald's, I can get chocolate milk at the grocery store. I don't care what kind of computer problems you're having if an employee can't handle one drive thru lane with a little bit of customer service and even acknowledge the customer she shouldn't be in...

No problem. 8 mins later a young man brought out my food but no drinks. When I asked him about the drinks he informed me that he wasn’t on the clocked and was just helping out. Ummmm okay but I still need my drinks. He went back inside. 5 mins later he comes back and says that the girl inside said I already had them. I showed him my empty cup holders and said does it look like I have them. He laughed and said nope and walked away. So I went inside and asked for my drinks. The girl point to a drink sitting on the counter (it was there when I walked in so I have no idea how long it had been there) I explained that I had two drinks she asked me to wait. We are now almost 15 minutes into my time since I was asked to park. She then walks outside to deliver someone else’s drinks. I wait. Manager finally ask how ya doing tonight. I told her I would be much better if I had my other drink. She proceeds to grab an empty cup and hand it to me. She just looks at me then says go on get it over there. Her smirk and attitude were totally uncalled for. So I told her never mind. I will get my order and now I want a refund. I retrieved my order from my car and asked for a refund since now after all these little games my food is cold. She asks if I have a receipt. Are you kidding me! I haven’t even left your parking lot and have been trying to get my order for over 20 minutes. She laughs and says no refund if you don’t have a receipt. As I’m standing there dumb founded by the sheer lack of professionalism she brings over a stack of receipts and says here try to find yours. I told her no problem. I am more than happy to do your job for you since you seem to incompetent to. Nope no receipt. So I just left the food on the counter chalked it up to my mistake for 1 not getting a receipt and 2 stopping at this particular Mc Donald’s. Read moreFirst off I got to the drive-thru and I couldn't have to hear the girl .I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget ,I asked for a toy for a handicapped child. I was never offered any dipping sauces or anything when it came to the window .I asked the girl for a smaller bag for my large fry she gave me a family size meal bag for a large fry then when I said can I have a smaller bag she yelled out the window here .I said can you give me a minute I'm trying to put my stuff in the truck then the manager came over and he decided that he was going to be roughing aggressive with me. I tried to explain to him I'm deaf and I can't even hear that I was yelling at him when I didn't even realize that I was if I was then. I look at my bag neither me nor the child have a straw to drink our drinks with. I ordered a large mocha frappe I ordered a small Sprite for the child then the manager says that I was rough and aggressive when I wasn't I was just asking for a smaller bag .I didn't feel that I needed a bag that was set for a family who ordered a whole lot of food when all's I had was a large fry this place was very mean and very disgruntle but in in their defense the girls eyelashes were amazing and her little leopard face covering was somewhat appropriate The manager on the other hand his shirt was a little tight for his girth and he was a little belligerently hateful and I still feel that my service was not up to par from McDonald's and let me tell you I eat a lot of McDonald's a lot of it I've been everywhere from Sarasota County to Charleston South Carolina All I ever get is a mocha frappe and a medium fry this time I upgrade it to a large and if you want you can look at my Google review I eat a lot of McDonald's this McDonald's failed and the only reason I gave it a one is because I have to give it a star thanks McDonald's you...
