It's a very authentic Japan experience. In japan most ramen shops you order using a machine that spits out a ticket with your order, then you find a seat and give them your ticket. This is a little more high tech as you order off a tablet and they text you when it's ready. Unfortunately we were text when it was ready, but I still had to wait at the pick up window for at least what seemed to be 5-8mins before my order was actually ready.
The fermented black garlic ramen was delicious. The charshu pork could've used a bit more color, but it tasted great. Broth tasted great. The chili oil was optional for an extra .50 cents which we didn't get. I don't feel like I got a good enough taste of the black garlic because they covered it with a piece of nori, which contained it all together. I prefer my nori to the side so I can see everything. 4/5 for the Ramen.
Takoyaki tasted ok, it could use a bit more octopus and was not as hot as I was expecting. Normally these are expected to be little balls of lava with dancing bonita flakes. The bonito flakes were not dancing by the time we were handed the tray. A little sad with overall presentation, but it a giant open food court place so not really expected to be on the level. 2/5 for the Takoyaki.
Karaage tasted good, but didn't have the extra crispy outside it is supposed to be known for; with super juicy inside. Some of the pieces were juicy, some were not. Seasoning overall was good though. 3/5 for...

The sashimi was gorgeous and so tasty, it reminded me of the sushi we had in Japan! The karaage was easily the best I’ve had. Perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Additionally a generous portion for the price! Ordering was done all via a touch screen which not only was an introvert’s dream but also made it one of the shortest lines...
