McDonald's — Restaurant in Pinson

I wish i could give this location ZERO stars. The person that took my money was very friendly however once I drove up to the next window to receive my food the woman proceeded to very quickly hand me my beverages which had the tops very Loosely placed and one only half way on, to the point that we need at least 10 seconds two properly adjust said tops. I had no problem with that until she began to rush me to get my food, upon getting the food I looked in the bag to make sure that my order was right because many many times I have come to this location I have either not received my food or it was the wrong order, I noticed that none of the sauces that were requested were in the bag after asking for them she had a very nasty attitude and pretty much threw the sauce is in my hand and proceeded to tell me that she had no clue what was in my bag so how was she supposed to know what I needed. I've then told her that she needed to fix her attitude, her response was that I needed to fix mine. She then shut the window in my face as I spoke to her and put her hands up. Being a paying customer and having years of customer service experience, I can honestly say, I've never seen ANYONE do ANYTHING this disgusting or rude to a customer. I went inside and asked to speak to the manager she then , in front of the manager , proceeded to have the same attitude she had with me at the window, the manager told ME to not GET loud as her employee CONTINUED to talk VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME . This was the MOST DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGERIAL IGNORANCE I'VE EVER OCCURRED and I WILL NOT BE GIVING ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS TO A PLACE THAT ALLOWS THERE EMPLOYEES TO SPEAK TO ANYONE IN...

Always takes awhile and usually not worth the wait and thrown together. Today alone waited over 20 minutes with only 2 other cars with atleast 10 workers that we could see not to mention those we couldn't and half just wasting time standing around talking. You can forget about getting ice cream or milkshake EVER anytime for months now its we are cleaning the machine no matter what time it is we have asked at 2pm and even like tonight was 6:30pm on Friday night. The food was half wrapped fries so greasy and gross most of the time definitely not cleaning the grease enough at all and usually they are cold almost let alone by the time you get home 5 mins down the rd. Burgers falling out of the wrapper as well so those dont stay warm long either. Just not what u expect from McDonald's and especially since you can go down to trussville, Tarrant, center point, or oneonta basically all surrounding areas and they are fine but not this 1 by far. Also goodness forbid you ask for mayo and ketchup bc if your family got 4 burgers and 4 fries they give u 2 packets maybe 3 not even enough for each fry let alone each fry and burger also a couple weeks ago I got huge cuts from a whole onion no ketchup and just gross on my double cheeseburger literally huge onion slices you couldn't even bare to eat bc it was just tons of onion slices not the tiny McDonald's onions whole round...

If I could give it an 0 in stars I would. Let me start . 3 weeks ago .drive thru ,hot home kids meals had no nuggets , ok so I call them . They said I would get them replaced for no charge ,and she said she wrote out name down . . TODAY GO THRU AN ORDER TELL LADY WHAT I WAS TOLD AFTER THE 1ST MISTAKE. THAT HEAVY SET MANGER WITH GLASSES LEANDSOUT OF THE WINDOW AN TELLS ME AS SHE RUDLY LAUGHS ,YOUR NOT GETTING THEM TO DAY ,YOU HAVE AN TOTAL OF 3 DAYS TO CLAIM IT ARE YOU LOSE IT. NOW LADY ON PHONE DID NOT SAY I HAD AN TIME LIMIT, AN SEEING I DONT LIVE CLOSE I COULD NOT JUST RUN DOWN RAOD AN GRAB IT. SHE SAID SHE DID NOT CARE THAT HER D.M. AN G.M. SAID 3 DAY TURN AROUND ARE LOSE IT. NOW FACT THAT I PAID 10 BUCKS AN DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDER THE 1ST TIME ,BUT TO KNOW PAY 10.FOR SOME RUDE LADY TO BE THAT MEAN.
