Cupka's Cafe II — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Fourth visit and third time I've been more than disappointed. First time great food, service and an awesome time. Second visit food was OK, service was exceptional, the waitress even accommodated my dog bringing him a bowl of water, visit three the food was bad and service was equally as poor but friendly. Visit four required a review, started immediately with poor and rude service, waitress was annoyed that we were waiting on a another member of party while just ordering beer, mind you it was a slow day. Then the food came, the quesadilla that was ordered was missing half of the listed ingredients, when we questioned it the answer was we are out of those, so why not tell us beforehand. The place looked understaffed, I had to interrupt the bartender after sitting for 11 minutes at the bar without any acknowledgement or hello. 2 women walked by multiple times who could have said hey we are busy I’ll be right with you. I ordered a whiskey on the rocks, not a whiskey on the rocks in a filthy glass. I figured I’ve drank worse so I took it down. After finishing it I saw the ice cubes were dirty and I drank some of whatever was floating in the glass. This place has gone way down hill in the last year. I went with some work people on a wednesday for some food and drinks, and they rejected my pa state Id because it was in the wrong orientation. (When it was issued I was under 21) tried to tell the guy that and he said I can get food but no drink and if I tried again the cops would be called.
