Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

While staying at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh I called Pizza Hut to get a pizza to say only have $20 for the next couple days of being here so I ordered the dinner box for $10 told him delivery they told me it came to 13 something when the delivery guy brings it he gives me a receipt for $16.32 the delivery guy told me to pay for what I can so I paid for the whole thing and told him I would call the store first time of calling the store explaining my situation I was hung up on took me 15 times calling back to even get a hold of anyone they kept hanging up on me will not fix my order nor take a complaint I did call the one 800 number and make a complaint so not my only out of my money they didn't even deliver the right pizza there was no sauce to go with the breadsticks and there was no sauce to go with the cinnamon sticks so if you're going to order from this Pizza Hut save your money and time and hassle of dealing with idiots who do not care about the customers they will hang up on you the minute you have a complaint so today I went back after calling several times and I'm not doing anything I showed up to try and get them to do something showed my out-of-state license they still would not do anything so I called the police when the police came they got them to redo my pizza and the manager told them that I was rude and hostile so they told me if I ever come back I'll be arrested for trespass so I was trespassed from there. They also told the police that they offered to remake my pizza and I wasn't happy with that one my phone call to the playset else I wanted was for them to...

We ordered the 36 piece chicken wings from a particular Pizza Hut location. When we received our order, there were only 30 pieces of chicken. Imagine if my wife and I had not counted. We usually just eat a few pieces and wrap the rest for a later day. That's why we were so upset because not everyone counts their wings. It's a very sad day when we have to count our food to make sure we get everything we ordered, especially a large chicken wing order. I could only imagine the other customers who were taken by this unethical practice and didn't know. I rode my bike 1 mile to the location to confront the manager and instead of apologizing, he quickly said, "I'll drop 6 pieces for you." It sounded very disingenuous, as if he was guilty and wanted to brush off the situation as quickly as possible without any accountability. Times have changed people. Now Pizza Hut's reputation of providing good and honest service will be scrutinized by myself and...

Yep. This particular Pizza Hut is notoriously bad, and everyone in the neighborhood knows it. It's been fantastically inconsistent for years. Sometimes you'll call and they will hang up. If you order for delivery, do not be at all surprised if it takes over three hours and shows up as a cold mess. Some of the employees have told us that they are chronically understaffed. It's Pizza Hut. Same product. But there is something seriously wrong in the way this particular one is managed. I do not blame the employees. I blame the owners and management. There is something chronically screwed up over there. About once a year we're like...uh...Pizza Hit sounds good, should we try them again? And...lo and behold! The same horrible situation ensues!
