RUDE DISORGANIZED INSIDE WAS A MESS STAFF SLOPPILY DRESSED......FOOD WAS COLD EVEN THOUGH I ASKED TO HAVE IT MADE A CERTAIN WAY....NOT LISTENING WELL.... NOT KNOWING THE PRODUCTS & CORRECT PRICING & PROMOTIONS @ ANY LOCATION ANYWHERE IN ANY STATE!!!! PRICES ARE OUT OF CONTROL!!!! $7.00 FOR A SMALL MILKSHAKE?????$$ 7.00 FOR A VALUE MENU MCCHICKEN SANDWHICH????? THEY (ALL LOCATIONS) WASTE A LOT OF FOOD FROM DROPPING IT/ MAKING IT WRONG/ OUTDATED ITEMS/NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO HOLD TIMES ON ANYTHING OR TEMPERATURES ON FOOD & COOLING SPACES......BRING BACK THE CHERRY PIE PLEASE!!!! NO ONE WASHES THIER HANDS BEFORE DURING OR AFTER ANY FORM OF TASK INCLUDING USING THE REST ROOMS!!!!! MANAGERS ARE JUST AS BAD AS THE OTHERS.......WHY ARE EMPLOYEES ALLOWED TO BE ON CELL PHONES WHILE WORKING & KEEPING THIER PURSES UNDER THE REGISTERS INSTEAD OF A LOCKED CABINET OR LOCKER??? EATING ON THE FRONT LINE???? FOOD HANDLERS NEED TO BE WEARING GLOVES & CHANGING THEM FREQUENTLY & WASHING HANDS A LOT & WEARING A MASK WHILE HANDLING FOOD!!!!! The drive thru had a few cars so we went inside plus we wanted to sit and eat so we went into the lobby. We had to order ourselves on the kiosk, which I hate doing, but no big deal. I ordered the first thing which was a big Mac meal and as I’m adding it to the cart. It asked if I want to upgrade for $0.00, so I said sure. Who wouldn’t right? Well it was for $0.00, it was for like $2… so now I had to exit and restart all over. I love your smile.

For the most part, the food was fine with the exception of a McFlurry mishap We ordered a Big Mac with nothing on it except for the sauce & onions, 2 medium fries, a medium drink and an Oreo McFlurry.

We waited over 10 minutes for our food and then decided to ask somebody what was going on and we asked who knows how long it would’ve taken. She grabbed the McFlurry that have been sitting on the counter for God knows how long already.

They never gave me spoon for the ice cream so I went back and asked for one. I had to ask 4 times. The 2nd time I asked 2 of the workers actually turned around to look at me. Then they turned their backs to me making me have to ask 2 more times before finally getting a spoon.

We went to go sit down and nearly every single table was dirty

We did find a table and a minute or two after we sat down, 3 female employees ended up having a pow wow right next to our table. In fact, I thought they were gonna sit down at one point they were so close.

The food tasted fine. Temperature was fine, but the McFlurry was not made correctly. It was a full cup of vanilla ice cream with some Oreo crumbles on top not mixed through the ice cream like it should’ve been a flurry toppings mixed throughout the ice cream and then they throw more on top but that’s not what they did. Also, it was halfway melted from sitting on the counter for God knows how long.

Bathrooms were clean with the exception of something very greasy on top of the toilet paper holder, I was going to put my phone on top of it, but, I noticed the glistening, it looked like Vaseline. I had to put a bunch of toilet paper on top of it so I wouldn’t accidentally touch it.

Ordered a Smores McFlurry with Hot fudge and received it with Hersheys syrup instead. They did not give any hot fudge which I paid extra for. My girlfriend saw them pour hersheys syrup on it instead. I went back through the drive through and said theres no hot fudge in it. The clerk looked bewildered even though she was the one who poured the syrup. She was not professional at all and gave off an attitude. I then asked if I could just replace it with an Oreo McFlurry with hot fudge instead. Again she looked upset and didn't understand. She just looked at the McFlurry and showed me the top while swirling it around as if that made it have hot fudge. She ended up getting the manager so I explained the same thing to him and when I asked for an Oreo McFlurry to replace it he also seemed upset and not understanding so I said “never mind can I just get a regular hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge? “( mind you I paid almost 7 dollars for the s’mores McFlurry to a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge is like maybe 5 dollars? So Im ripping myself off) well the manager was hesitant but then after an awkward minute said okay and then nothing after I asked for extra hot fudge and walked away. A few minutes later the woman tells me to pull my car around and wait even though it’s late at night and no cars were behind me. I felt like they were just making me wait longer for inconveniencing them. I drove off and plan to never go back. Based on other people’s reviews I would avoid this McDonald’s.
