I had to come back and change my review… I come here daily. Everyone is usually super nice and the vibe is awesome and they make me feel so welcome!! But today ( Mother’s Day) I visited around 8pm. Wanted to end my Mother’s Day with my favorite drink. Well, I got Taylor. She wasn’t welcoming AT ALL!!! She didn’t even say hello.. She got snappy with me because SHE put my # in wrong. She just took my payment and walked away. So the girl on the other side was standing there (in lane 2) and I was asking about the energy drinks. She made several suggestions and I got an extra drink because she made it sound good. So Taylor was told to come back and check me out and she said $5.98 and I said, “can I give you my rewards #” and she rolled her eyes. I’m usually a big tipper because I’m a server myself. BUT today I didn’t tip the team because she was just a vibe kill. This shows that ONE PERSON can ruin it for the whole team. Do better Taylor. Attitudes are VERY contagious. Other than that, I love my 7 brew. My drink gets messed up sometimes because I add a lot of extra stuff but they are always happy to fix it WITHOUT being rude. Read moreThis has got to be one of the worst “fast food” establishments I’ve ever been to. I have gained this opinion over the course of several trips. During my 2nd time visiting the lid wasn’t on, upon attempting to place my drink in the cup holder the lid comes off the rest of the way spilling all over me (not a huge deal) but the drink was made incorrectly.. upon returning to the drive through, I was told they knew it was made incorrectly. No offer to replace just to try and “modge podge” together the same drink (taking it back inside to fix). I then asked the worker to please ensure the lid was on this time as it spilled.. to her response being “oh.” after the modge modged drink tasted bad and no offer to remake the drink correctly, I asked for a refund. The multiple times I have been have been met with very child like activities, Inappropriate banter, and very dismissive attitudes. Today I asked for extra cream in my energy. Read moreI’ve been trying to give these guys a shot since I was wanting to try something other than Starbucks. This is my 4th or 5th visit and they’ve all been different. None have been good. No one pays attention to the line of cars and who arrives first. I’ve only ordered cold brew with light foam. I quit ordering this way since they were all wrong. Today I ordered and I looked at the online menu. The menu literally says sweetness level 1/4 1/2 3/4 and so on. I asked for 1/4 sweet foam and my small cold brew was literally 1/4 or more filled with foam. I supposedly had a free drink on my acct because previous visited I was in line for over 15 min. I didn’t mention the long wait. The girl just offered the free drink but today it wasn’t on there. Oh well.
Editing my review. The owner replied back to this review rather quickly and posted an email address to email to hear more about the visit etc. They never replied back to the email I sent so Im not sure the reasoning of them even replying to my review....
