Came by for a Sunday lunch while visiting Frisco. Sat outside, but they were a little short-staffed, so only one server was working both the inside and outside, but she did a good job. The manager did a good job of assisting at the register as well as bringing the food out. Wanted to try a little bit of everything so ordered the Cali Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Parmigiana, Garlic Toast, and Tuscan Salad. Food came out quickly, but was freshly made. The pizza was larger than expected. The pan sizes are displayed on the wall behind the register, but it was hard to tell the scale from the distance. That's not a bad thing though, just was surprised at the size of the medium pizza. Other entrees were what was expected at the price point. They were average, but I slightly favored the pizzas over the pastas. The appetizers of the garlic toast and salads were probably my favorite as the bread had a good flavor and the salads had fresh toppings. Good service and a good option for quick pizza and pastas.

Went here on the fly for lunch and I was very disappointed. The menu selection is very very poor with hardly any options other than the typical Italian dish. Pasta, pizza and that's it... I ordered the chicken parmigiana to test the waters of this place. How hard is it to mess up? Obviously pretty easy. The chicken was super dry and the beading was hard and detached from the chicken. It looked like it was still in wrapping or something ( that's how thick and hard the parmigiana was. Yuck!) On top of a piece of hard dry chicken I maybe got a small handful of pasta w it!!! The side salad was horrible the house dressing was bland and had no flavor!!! For all this I paid 18.96 and that's without a tip since I went in and ordered ToGo!!!! NOT WORTH IT ONE BIT!! Don't waste your time or money on this restaurant!!!

Great Italian restaurant!! We visited on a Friday evening around 430 and were seated quickly. Staff had very good customer service. The menu has something for everyone wether you like pizza, pasta or steak. The Artichoke Hearts were delicious!!!! They were perfectly cooked in garlic butterđŸ€€ Joe’s special garlic toast was a great appetizer! The BBQ Chicken Specialty Pizza was great. The pizza is thin crust. small size is perfect for 1-2 people. The medium is good for 2-3 people. For the price of the pizza I would probably order something different next time. By the time we left it was packed so I would make a reservation if you’re planning on visiting at dinner time.

We went there for lunch on a weekend and it was not great. When we first walked in out of the blinding Texas sun, it was so dark we could barely see. They had the lighting set to what you would expect for a romantic candle lit restaurant around 8 o'clock at night. There was no one to greet us at the front door but they did have a large sign saying to order at the register in the back. The resister was awkwardly situated in a narrow spot at the entrance to the kitchen, the walkway to the bar and area along the pass through for the kitchen. We we're all squeezed in there pretty tight and we had to keep moving so the staff and other customers could get through. To add another level of difficulty to the situation, it was so dark that I had to use the light on my phone to read the menu. The lady that took our order was reasonably pleasant but the wait to get to the front of the line seemed a bit too long. The area where you get your drinks looks like a janitors closet with a soda machine and causes a bottle neck (a recurring theme here). They give you a laminated piece of paper with your order number that looks like something a 5 year old made in arts and crafts and so they can bring your food out to you when it's ready. The food was not very good and was served on a plate that belongs in a middle school cafeteria, and looks like they got the silverware from the same place. You might be saying to yourself, "Why is he complaining so much? I have been to lot of hole in the wall places like this." Well, so have I. But this place is trying to be some kind of strange cross between a hole in the wall and a nice restaurant, and it has all the worst aspects of each. The food equipment and set up of a cheap hole in the wall and the prices and decor of a high end...

I used to love Campisis', however I am not impressed with this location or management what so ever. I am a huge lover of seafood and wanted Crab fingers since Pappadeaux no longer sells them and the closest location is in Dallas off of the tollway so I settled on Campisis. Anyone who eats seafood often understands if shell fish smells of ammonia it is past it's prime. I ordered a full order of crab fingers at $28 on my lunch break, drove to campisis, picked up my order, only to get home and dig in to the smell of ammonia. I called and instead of asking for my money back, I drove all the way to Campisis again for a new order. I gave the entire first order back which was still full and grabbed my second order. I checked it before I left but could not immediately smell anything because of the lemon in the order. I drove back to my home office, dug in again (I've wasted an hour at this point or more out of my work day) and a strong smell of ammonia meets me in my first bite of crab. I called again and got the manager (Albert Garcia) and after telling him what happened, his response is well we've sold 4 orders of that dish today and no one else complained. It's not a complaint, a complaint is "it's not hot enough", "you didn't give me a full pound" etc. I'm literally alerting you to the fact that you have a bad batch of seafood and if folks who order and are not aware; can get sick, very sick from bad shellfish. I asked for my money back and he was hesitant so at this point, if Campisis needs my $28 that bad to ignore a potential health risk to it's customers and the manager gives poor customer service, I will take my business elsewhere but I will inform the public because I would want someone...

Ok so this use to be my favorite Italian restaurant in the area. I use to take people there and talk about it but let me say today was the worst. I stood at the door for 15 min no one spoke to me and after looking at me a few time the lady finally told me to come to the back, we’ll ok no problem I have always done dinner never lunch. She tells me to get lunch it’s cheaper I usually love the crab claws so I ordered crab claws and pizza with xtra cheese mushroom onion sausage. She did give me a free soda and was polite. Now you have to get your drinks your self which means sitting far away I would have to leave my food unattended where I can’t see for a refill I still didn’t care because I wanted my much anticipated food. When it came my pizza barely had cheese it was super dry and I had to pile salt Parmesan cheese and Pepe to give taste. The crab claws was not edible they where super tough and each bite had shells in and no flavor I had to squeeze lemon add salt etc. The side salad was soggy iceberg lettuce no flavor with 1 pepper and 1green olive. I decided it wasn’t worth it no I did not ask for free food or anything I just asked got up walked to the back asked for a to go box after 10 min of not liking it and I asked if there was a new cook because I was looking Foward to bringing the family for my daughters birthday she asked why I explained the difference the last 2 times I came was not good she told me next time I come to talk to a manager I can probably get free. Sorry I don’t eat bad food free or not I’m a legit foodie I’ll just leave my review and post on...
