Important Notice Regarding Stash Furniture Purchasing Experience
Please exercise extreme caution when purchasing a sofa or any other product from Stash Furniture. Based on my personal experience, I would like to highlight several concerns for prospective buyers:
While making a purchase, sales representatives may claim that certain items are "exclusive products" of Stash Furniture. However, in reality, these products are often available through other brands or retailers, sometimes at significantly lower prices. The "exclusive" label is misleading and appears to be a sales tactic to justify higher pricing.
In my case, I discovered that the same product I purchased was available elsewhere at a much more competitive price. When I brought this to their attention and presented the competitor’s invoice, Stash Furniture initially offered a 10% discount. However, they later declined to honor a full price match and refused to issue a refund or price adjustment.
Additionally, pricing practices at Stash Furniture appear inconsistent. Identical products are sold to different customers at varying price points, lacking transparency or standardization.

Read moreThe salesman was great and very help, however, since I paid for my custom item, service keeps being delayed and customer service is non existent. The give me an estimated delivery and have changed it twice already and when I called today they are changing it again. I have decorators and other planners on hold and keep needing to reschedule b/c of this. When I call stash they can tell me nothing but the notes the manufacturer provide...no tracking number, no way for me to track the order or see order tracking or communicate with the manufacturer. WHY would you continue to do business with a manufacturer that consistently has frequent and long delays and that you as a business have no power to negotiate, influence, or get more accountability than just a status update! I am very disappointed and rarely write negative reviews, but the store acts like there is nothing they can do and my only option is to wait and store policy is any cancellation is subject to 35% cancellation fee! on $2000 furniture that's absurd. There's no senior person that matters can be escalated to and no one that can actually do something to ensure my next expected date of delivery actually delivers......help!!!!!!!!! sos!!!!!
On top of all of this customer service is non existent. No one calls to keep me updated. Delivery dates pass and each time I have to reach out for an update. No emails on the order status and no calls. Just complete...
Read moreI was assisted by Jasmine. She was very polite and helpful. My issue is that the buffet cabinet I purchased, a floor model, was discounted accordingly. It was actually a bit higher than I found it at another supplier after I purchased it. The deliver price was a $150.00 which was a bit pricey for 1 item but not as high as I originally thought. I was not familiar with the brand as this was my 1st time shopping at Stash. I also had not purchased furniture in recent years. My advice is to research the items before purchasing and you may be able to find a better price. Stash does match other stores pricing but not online prices. I contacted someone at the store because I had misread the receipt and was upset because I did not think that I got the discount I was offered but the person who responded was very patient and polite and broke the charges down for me and confirmed the discount.
