Hold on! Urban Bear is busy most days. You might think someone is grabbing honey with the speed the service staff is buzzing around. Micki was on point. I ordered Bear Ale and my pint arrived w nice head, cool pint glass and seemingly in a flash. The goat cheese pepper app was perfect palate tease. Followed with a delightful incredibly balanced juicy Ruben. I asked for bacon Brussel sprouts to be substituted for the regular salt and pepper fries. Micki smiled and said no problem. And o my so glad for the change. The sprouts were a marvelous mouthful of savory and sweet.
