Yummm! I love me some ramen and they had so many interesting and delicious options here! I asked for a recommendation, and unfortunately the employee was unable to give me one. He didn’t really know which was kind of odd but he may have been new or never tried the food (I would if I worked there 😂). I went ahead and ordered the Steak Ramen. I was gonna play it safe and get Tonkotsu since that’s always a fav of mine, but I’d never seen steak in ramen, so I went for it. Now, the steak itself didn’t have much seasoning, but the beefy flavor added something special to the broth. The steak pieces were also SO INCREDIBLY tender! 😍 Like, I had to chew 3 times and done type tender. New York strip isn’t an “untender” cut, but I didn’t imagine it would have been Prime Filet type tender! I can’t wait to come back and try more! The fried chicken ramen looks interesting!

As someone that's had Ramen all over Japan, I'd says this is a solid 3.5. The ramen broth was oddly tangy... Not something I'm used to with ramen. The amount of noodles was pretty small. The eggs in the ramen, were okay, still slightly soft in the middle, but with no noticeable flavor. Perhaps the tangy ramen broth overpowered it. Went ahead and grabbed an order of the lobster fried rice, which overall was pretty good, but unnecessarily swimming in oil. The ladles provided are pathetically cheap, I'd be surprised if these things cost more than $0.02 apiece. They could really do better here, as it really just cheapens the whole experience..

This ramen restaurant falls into the category of bottom-of-the-barrel dining experiences. It's akin to grabbing gas station pizza or wings – definitely not a recommendation and not somewhere I'd revisit. Among all the dining options at Legacy Hall, this would undoubtedly be my last choice. I ordered the miso ramen and fried crab(not pictured). The fried crab was passable, but the ramen itself was simply not enjoyable. For those seeking authentic ramen, I'd suggest heading up the road to Ramen Hakata or Kizuki instead. On a positive note, the service was friendly, However, the overall dining experience left much to be desired.
