Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Plano

Wish I could take my tip back but instead I’ll just never eat here again. One person working FOH is absolutely ridiculous, especially on Mother’s Day. One person answering questions, taking orders, bartending and handling to-go is horrible management, terrible service and unfair to both the employee and the customers. I made the mistake of ordering for pickup from this location, waited the 20 minutes it said to wait and then went to pick up my order. Not only did I have to wait behind 6 people ordering who had no idea what they wanted but then the next customer ordered 4 margaritas on the rocks lol great. This poor girl needed help and when I finally found the manager he was on the line making food because of course BOH was understaffed as well. They had not even started my order yet and when I expressed my concern about being so understaffed it was only then that the manager identified himself and told me it wasn’t a mistake and this is his slowest day of the year… so yeah. No apology for the terrible service and insane wait time just a lame excuse. Not surprising my order was missing food(Latin potatoes for my kids meal, he was pretty bummed) and I had to basically go behind the counter to get a cup since the one girl up front was still swamped trying to serve at least 30 guests on her own. Overall it was a very underwhelming experience. Girlfriend and I wanted some tacos, we went in, seems steady definitely not busy. We order chicken nachos, brisket taco, and oreo churros to share. Over 30 minutes later we still don't have our food, while we noticed the 2 groups of people who ordered after us had their food. So at this point we question what's going on. I go back up to the counter to see what's going on. The guy who helped me the first time seems puzzled why I'm back at the counter; I told him I don't our food and was wondering what's the hold up. He goes just walks away without telling me what's up (I can only assume he's going to the kitchen to tell them to expedite my order that they forgot). Eventually he comes back and starts taking other peoples order while I'm still at the counter and he hasn't told me if he's working on it or if there's a delay, or it'll just be a couple more minutes.... essentially I'm just standing at the counter not knowing what's going on with our food for another 5-10 minutes. Finally I'm handed our food and we don't make a big fuss, we're not complainers, but the food we were given was definitely just made. You could tell they were sitting for a hot minute because the nachos and taco was borderline cool/cold.

Food quality has gone downhill and so has the service. They also changed the shredded chicken to much drier, less shredded version that isn’t nearly as tasty as before. Their avocado ranch used to be a real avocado ranch but now you can’t barely tell there any hint of avocado anymore. It’s also the only place that won’t provide any Jalapeños for nachos. Everywhere else happily gives them for nachos at this price, however, this place charges 50 cents for a tiny container. I got one and it had 5 slices in it. Way too expensive to buy several of these tiny containers for jalapeños that should come with it. Service is also horrible and they don’t seem to care about how customers feel. With the quality of the food going downhill, the customer service being horrible, and for the over priced food and how they nickel and dime you for everything, this spot is no longer worth coming to anymore.
