The only thing consistent about this place is that you WILL receive the wrong order.
Since it’s a joint Taco Bell location, I’ve given both businesses a try and it’s an absolute no.
Both times, there was only 1 other person in the line and they made both of us pull forward and wait (one of the times for 10 minutes). I ordered 3 crispy tacos with no sour cream or cheese. I got a Crunchwrap, cinnamon twists, soft taco and a crunchy taco that ONLY had sour cream and cheese (so maybe this wasn’t a mistake but intentional and passive aggressive incompetence).
So I wrote off the Taco Bell. Then today I decided to give KFC a try. Took the guy in the drive-through forever to understand my order and I repeated it multiple times because he did not tell me that he wasn’t taking part of it down. Only to receive the wrong order again. Not only that but they made me pull forward once again to wait. But this time it was only for a couple of minutes, but I was preoccupied fixing something on my passenger seat and when I looked up, one of the workers had come out with “my” order and he was crouching down near my tire as if he were touching it?? Weird.
Also neither the Taco Bell or KFC appear as locations in their respective apps. This place is so bad that even corporate doesn’t want to be associated.
That’s said don’t bother with this place. You’ll never know if the food is good because you won’t get what you want in the first place. Service sucks. And they’re a...
Read moreBBQ sandwich was fair BUT if I knew it would have had mayonnaise on it I would have had them leave it off AND the pickles. A BBQ sandwich should have BBQ sauce ONLY on it. Worse than that it was so FREEZING COLD after about 10 minutes inside I asked for a sack and took it home and ate the rest of it later. I was NOT the only one who thought it was cold as another customer (man) I heard out loud commented to his friend with him how he thought it was also cold. When I got ready to leave I went over a talked with him about the cold temperature and told him I was going to talk to the manager and suggested he do the same. When the manager came up to the front counter he was wearing of all things a JACKET !! I commented it must be nice for all the employees who were working so hard in the kitchen to have it so nice and cold it was way TOO COLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE for the customers !! He also said he had a JACKET on because he had been working he had been working in the freezer. Ok that explains the jacket however the outside temperature was only about 72 and the inside temperature was probably about 64. If it had still been summer time and 95 degrees outside it may have been justified. The manager was polite and apologized. IF I do ever go there again it will be in the drive...
Read moreThis being a KFC/Taco Bell combo store I sometimes place separate orders. I came in and upon entering only saw one table that had people sitting on the inside. Not sure if the drive through was busy or not but here is my experience. The cashier was friendly enough. I placed my boyfriends order first which was separate from mine as I was paying with different tenders. His order number was 89, I then placed mine, order number 90. Shortly after a family came in and placed an order, number 91. They first called out my order. Then the family got their order to which I stood around waiting for my first order for what seemed like eternity. After seeing that the people that came in after me had already gotten their food and I still didn’t have my first order I asked them the status. They checked and apologize stating “they are making it now”. That would have been fine and all had my Taco Bell not been getting cold and had the order they forgot to make would have actually been correct. But after all that I got it home (didn’t stop to check it because although I checked mine due to the long wait I wanted to get home so we could eat. The meal they forgot was supposed to be a combo but they didn’t give us the combo even thought that is what we paid for. All in all...
