First I don't like to be the person to leave reviews on places. It's just not my thing, however I believe this is definitely warranted today. This is my third time to go to this location and have had absolute horrible service. They are not welcoming, no smiles, and act like "how dare you order coffee". I walked out the first time going there because I stood there for about 10 min and no one walked over to take my order. They saw me standing there and I was very polite and waited knowing they are busy, but at least acknowledge your customer standing in line "hey I'll be with you shortly" cool no problem... waited... nothing, so I walked out. Did anyone try to say anything, no of course not-- one less coffee they have to make.
This morning I went to this location, because the other location I go to is relocating to their new store (which they are amazing and so welcoming and never ever have I felt so terrible for ordering COFFEE). So I order my coffee nothing to crazy... I wait for it, the woman at the end seemed very frazzled and not in a great mood. She handed me my drink and it was foamy and half filled. I asked her if she could top it off-- seemed like a problem and she said oh they just changed the Keg out. You should know that you have to let it run for a few to let the foam and air come down. So she proceeds to make me a new one--- takes it from me dumps mine out-- doesn't even take the time to read my order, just does what she wants and hands it to me. If I am paying 6.00 for a coffee could you at least put a smile on and not make your customer feel like crap for wanting what they PAID FOR!! Also, if you don't like your job then don't come to work!
Starbucks is busy in the morning, ALWAYS! It is nothing new.
I have never had this rude service from Dutch Brothers, 151, or any other Starbucks I have been too.
Do better!
I will not be returning to...
Read moreHi! I originally walked into this Starbucks (store# 6349) on September 27, 2018 after a long day of juggling my work and my family’s medical needs. I was immediately greeted with a bright, warm smile from an employee named Makaela. She’s terrific! Within 15 seconds of my interaction with her I got the distinct impression she had a big heart, and dished out joy on a regular basis.
My second time here is today, October 1, 2018. Zoe and Hunter are some of the other employees at this Starbucks, and it’s clear they’re all three apart of some Super Hero Trio who’s name I’ve yet to ascertain. Nonetheless, Zoe is a breath of fresh air and extremely attentive and doles out affectionate doses of delightful grins, along with some mightily delicious beverages. At this time it should be pointed out that Hunter is one groovy dude who undoubtedly “abides” (10 points if you catch the reference) in addition to being a charming, wizard with the beans and the grinds.
With out a doubt this trio of awesomeness have great super powers and most assuredly are probably apart of the Avengers or the Justice League in some capacity.
The store is spacious, clean, well engineered and has plenty of tables for reading, working, studying and of course enjoying the good drinks and bites to nibble upon. There are two clean, spacious gender neutral restrooms and the whole place accommodates folks that might be disabled or have to rely upon wheelchairs or walkers.
TL;DR - This Starbucks is rad. Give them your business and enjoy yourself. Trust yours...
Read moreGot “dress coded” at Starbucks for wearing an oversized shirt and shorts like every other girl does…. Manager kept telling me that’s too short like 4x then they proceeded to make my drink wrong. Very uncomfortable experience. Called customer service to report this. You do not tell a customer who IS clothed that what they are wearing is inappropriate then repeat that 4x times after they heard u the first time? That’s just rude and weird. People come in wearing booty shorts and that’s fine but god forbid I wear an oversized shirt and shorts!!!!!!?????? What a way to get a pick me up coffee before going back to work lol. Will never come to this store again. The cashier with a nose piercing was also rude. This is not the first time this store makes my drink wrong. I never even feel welcomed, I feel like a burden going here, it ruins my day honestly lol. As someone who worked at Starbucks before for many years, this interaction and experience was...
