I tried this place for the first time on Saturday, December 2nd. While I didn’t catch the name of the young man working that evening, I would like to commend him on his service. He was very helpful and polite while serving a number of customers all by himself — literally handing out samples left and right, while acknowledging and engaging customers and working the register.

Since they were out of Pistachio (the flavor I was most excited to try), I decided to go with Fondente and Tiramisu. He was courteous enough to inform me of the presence of cooking liquor in the Tiramisu flavor, just in case it went against my religious dietary restrictions. I really appreciated his level of cultural competence and attentiveness to each customer’s needs.

Having worked in food service myself for some time, I am aware that keeping the pace so effortlessly during peak hours is not something easily done. Dude remained calm, friendly, engaged and handling business like a pro. With that type of work ethic, I have no doubt he will go far in whatever line of work...

The ice cream is nice, but the store is always stuffed with low wage clowns with horrible attitude. Today I’ve asked for an extra sauce drip on my cone and the guy said it’s against company policy. I told him that I’ve asked before and the request was accommodated. His come back was “I don’t know where it’s stored”. Really? Part of your job is to make the ice cream, including the sauce drizzle.

Well, guess what? Good for you! You saved your company a whopping $0.20!!!

You also earned the company a 1star review and one adult client with a few kids that’s going to take their money somewhere else from this point forward. I guess no one cares, but I feel that I’m standing up for myself after being treated so poorly for no...

I love gelato especially since I’m more sensitive to dairy heavy products like ice cream. This shop was great for when I wanted a sweet treat.

The staff member we interacted with was super polite and courteous and was able to offer us some samples which we really appreciated! My favorite ended up being the mango which was his favorite as well. The shop was about to close but he wasn’t even flustered and showed us the same great customer service as if we came in the middle of the day.

The only downside is that the smells from the bathroom were pretty bad - it was probably just from it being there a while or some kind of cleaner - not too sure.

But overall...
