If I could give a zero star rating I would. My family and I recently moved to the area and ordered takeout from this location. We placed a mobile order directly through their website. We ordered a good amount of food, and one thing that we ordered ordered was the appetizer sampler. The sample advertises through the menu: mozzarella sticks, onion rings, cheese quesadilla, and chicken tenders. What we received had mozzarella sticks, onion, rings, and two chicken tenders. They were more onion rings than anything provided, with items omitted that were advertised. It was late and we did not want to have to deal with going back and the overall hassle. We received an email asking about our experience with the mobile ordering, and we gave honest feedback as we were still in such disbelief that we ordered a standard menu item, and it was not provided as advertised. Just wanted to provide the feedback to the restaurant could avoid making similar mistakes in the future My husband received a phone call from the manager of this location based on the feedback we had provided. We were encouraged to give them another chance and advice we were going to receive a gift card for a future visit especially because we spent a lot of money For our first, and last order. My husband entertained it and gave the manager all our information to mail the gift card. It has been over a month since we spoke to the manager of this location and not received anything. My purpose of posting this is to let others know to check their food before you leave especially if you have a to go order. Also, I think it’s really disheartening that they reached out to us directly to rectify the situation and make promises that you don’t intend to follow through on. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Beef O' Brady's and I must say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, Bryanna, the bartender made us feel right at home with her warm and friendly demeanor.

Bryanna's knowledge of the menu was impressive. She took the time to explain the different options and made some fantastic recommendations. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the food really stood out. It was clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the dining experience of her guests.

This Beef 'O' Brady's is very disorganized. Service took a long time, but was no fault of the server. After a long wait, a Philly cheesesteak came out with no cheese and had to be remade. Still wasn't as good as the last Philly I had from a random carnival food truck, and that's saying something.

Tried to let kids pass the time in the game room, but the change machine and some of the games are broken, so even if you have quarters on you, you're not doing much.

The men's room was absolutely trashed with paper everywhere. Crumpled paper towels all over the floor, overflowing the trash cans. Not disgusting, but certainly neglected.

Then there was someone at the bar moving kegs who didn't seem to know how to move kegs. The kegs were continually dropped several inches making for loud bangs throughout the restaurant. I thought the poor guy slammed his foot once, but apparently he escaped unharmed.

Chaos and disorganization is the management style of this place, and it's reflected all over. The servers try to overcome it, but it's written all over their faces when something goes wrong that the leadership is just setting...
