Taco Bell — Restaurant in Plant City

I use to enjoy this place came here almost everyday till the other night on December 23 2017 . I came and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes as my passengers complain about the wait I still give them the benefit of the doubt so we wait we order and make it up to the first window I pull out my exactly change with is two tens and some change then a guy with dreads comes to the window and as me if I have any real money because I just tried to pay with the fake ten I said okay I’m sorry didn’t know it was fake I have more money so I take out a twenty and had it to him by this time he has gotten a attitude with me as if I actually tried to pay with a fake ten ! It was so embarrassing I just wanted to get out my car and do something but instead I sat in a car and kept my cool he kept going on about how If I have money why would I pay with a fake ten ? I kept telling him it wasn’t on purpose but he didn’t give it up so about 25 mins of me sitting in a Taco Bell line with hungry people in the car at 11 at night and you know what he tells me as he has my drinks and all my food he tells me you know what you can’t eat here have a nice day and throws my 20 bill I gave him to pay back into my car never been so disrespected in my life . I am a respectful guy but I should of kicked your as* bud. Taco Bell franchise I have nothing against you cannot always control how your employees react and treat paying customers. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in and around the plant city area! The lady that I believe is the manager came to the door and started screaming at me and treated me in the most disrespectful way! The mobile app says in store pick up and we get to the store and the line was wrapped around four parking lots due to the hurricane that came the day prior. We had no clue that we had to go in the drive threw to get our food and all I was trying to do was ask a question. She cussed at me and told me all I was trying to do was cut in line and I explained that the app said in-store pick up and that our foods been ready for over twenty min. She cussed at me some more and said I personally just finished it myself and was throwing it around to get the door opened cause she locked it. My food was destroyed when I got home and paid over 30$ for my meal. I can’t believe a woman like that still has a job. I’ll be reaching out to corporate tomorrow to find out her name cause she wouldn’t give it to me so I could make a complaint against her cause she knew she would get fired over this. I can’t believe the way the world has come to recently. Please be careful when going to that Taco Bell cause they are rude and treat people horribly. Then after going through all that we get the food and stuff is missing so was a complete waste of over an hour of arguing with them and...

Nine months ago I wrote a 5 star review for this location and never, in the 6+ years that I've resided in Plant City, have I met someone so rude and disrespectful as I did this evening. The person who took the order was good but when I made it to the window the woman appeared to be angry that I dared to order food at this restaurant. She asked if I wanted sauce, I replied yes, and received no sauce. She asked if I wanted a receipt, I replied yes, and received no receipt. Obviously at that point I was ready to tell the bell about my disappointment in the character of this employee but she made an excuse that she couldn't reprint it at the register and instead gave me a print out from a printer removing identifying/ contact information to report such poor customer service. I did not put her in whatever state of mind she's in nor did I make that choice for her to be managing a fast food restaurant, but tonight she made me feel as though all her problems were my fault and I paid for it through poor customer service and...
