
If I could leave 0 stars I would… Today (July 7, 2025 around 7:30am) I accidentally ordered at the wrong Starbucks. I have a few favorited locations on my app and clicked the wrong one by mistake. I called the store I made the order to and let them know not to make the order as I wouldnt be able to make it to that location. I asked if they would be able to refund the order and they informed me they were unable to and to either call 1-800-STARBUCKS or call the store I want to order from and have them fill the order. That would be THIS store.
Needless to say, I called this store and spoke with the shift lead, she told me they were unable to refund or place the order so Id have to call the 1-800-STARBUCKS which I then preceded to do only for them to not be open for calls yet. So i called this store back and spoke with the shift lead again and then asked to speak with a manager.
This is where the experience gets TERRIBLE. This manager was rude as hell, she has no business being a manager and honestly im sure she has caused this location to lose a lot of business. She informed me that this is their new protocol that had been in place for “a year” (which is incorrect) and that they had to place this new protocol because they were losing money and now dont have access to the app. When I told her I couldnt get ahold of anyone on the phone, she basically said theres nothing she could do and so I asked if she could just refund or place the order this one time if I come in and show her my order on the app and then she started to be really rude speaking down to me then hanging up the phone on me.
I can assure you this “manager” is the reason this store is losing money and they definitely lost me as a customer predominantly because of the so called “customer service” she provided, or should I say failed to provide.
This wouldnt be the first time Ive had a bad experience here when it comes to food being over cooked/burnt in the toaster or coffee not being made like other stores.
I would not waste your time or money at this location, especially since they make it impossible to receive any sort of refund or credit back if something goes wrong, so now im down $10.97 with...

It is my daughter's favorite drink. I called the same day and spoke with the manager Zack. I explained that we would not be able to get the replacement until the following weekend since my daughter would not be able to get one until then due to our schedules. He said that was fine and to show receipt and I also told him that I have pictures. The following weekend, today, my husband went to get the replacement. He showed the receipt and pictures and explained the situation and the supervisor,Trey who refused to give the replacement stating that it had been too long. I then called and explained that I already told Zach thay I would not be coming back until the following weekend and he said that it was fine. Trey would not honor and saifld the Zach did not make a note about it. So we wasted another trip for a drink that was not made correctly in the first place. He told me to call the Starbucks main number to complain. I did and they thankfully refunded the money however we wasted gas amd time and my daughter did not get the drink that she wanted because they refused to make it right. Read moreI am a regular customer at this Starbucks and have generally had good experiences, but yesterday was quite disappointing. My daughter has a dairy allergy, not just lactose intolerance, she will actually break out in hives, so it's crucial that her drinks are dairy-free.
We ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with almond milk and specifically requested no caramel drizzle, only caramel syrup. Despite emphasizing "no dairy," the drink arrived with caramel drizzle, we get it, mistakes happen, so we alerted them and they took back to remake drink.
In addition to that, I ordered a white chocolate mocha with skim milk and no whip, along with a chocolate cake pop. At the window, I had my phone out to scan for points and I had my credit card out for payment. However, they charged my card before scanning for points, which meant I didn't earn any points for yesterday's order.
To add to the confusion, they handed me two white mochas instead of one when I asked if he charged me for two he said yes, so I was like okay I’ll just drink it tomorrow. When we received the corrected caramel ribbon crunch, the color seemed off—possibly missing coffee—and my daughter had to add espresso at home to fix it. Finally, when I went to enjoy my cake pop, I discovered it was a white chocolate one instead of the chocolate cake pop I had ordered.
