Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Plant City

This was weeks ago in the middle of the afternoon. Hubby and my first visit in FL and our last at this location. I have eaten at other JJ's in NC and other states and they were great, so I was excited to find one here. 3 employees, not at all busy. The young man who made our sandwiches was nice but didn't listen to our order, and I wasn't watching, low blood sugar, I just needed food. Got BOTH our sub toppings wrong, too hungry to wait for a remake my fault because I waited too long to get food. The meat on our sandwiches was great. I wouldn't even give them the one star. I will never order from them again. They screw up the order every time I ordered and this time they were late and when I called and asked why it was taking over a half hour to get 5 min. Down the road she said that they only have one driver and is delivering a few orders at once. Now that would be fine but they don't put the food in a cooler bag and this is Florida. We placed an online order for a party platter and when we arrived to the store for pick up, we learned the order hadn't been received. The manager quickly jumped to action and directed his staff to get our order put together, apologizing the whole time. As a customer, I understand that things go wrong. To me it is how a company handles it that shows their integrity. They filled our order quickly (and we decided to double it on the spot) and with smiles on their faces.
