Update 8/1/25 I connected with Joe from the restaurant and he was very kind and apologetic for our previous take-out experience. We had our same order for take out and everything came out perfect!
———————————————————————— We placed a takeout order on 7/1 (two of the All American Burgers and one order was upgraded to a side of Mac and cheese).
My husband got there to pick up the food exactly when it came out so the food was not sitting there waiting for him to pick up.
We live not even 5 mins away from the restaurant. Once he got home and we opened our meals, the fries were very hard and dark (looked like they were re-fried to make them “fresh” and they were cold. The burger Patties were also cold.
I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager, Sophie. She was very kind on the phone and said she would offer a replacement if we came to pick it up. So we agreed and my husband went back again to pick up the meal.
This time, the burger patties were hot but both burgers had no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato, no onions and no bacon. Literally just bun with the burger patties.
The side of Mac and cheese was solid cold ... as if someone dumped it into the container straight from the fridge.
Kind of crazy how the second time was worse than the first order, on the same day! Especially when manager said she will make sure everything is perfect.
Really disappointed in the kitchen service now. This was always our quick to-go place and now not sure about the food quality after this experience.

Read moreAfter starving all day I came to this restaurant with my friend after work. I have not been to quarter deck in a while and honestly it was not my first choice to come here. My friend and I came in at about 11:00 pm and since the restaurant closes at 2 am I thought that we were well within our margins to recieve service as we did not have any intentions of inconveniencing the staff. Upon entering our hostess was very sweet and informed us that the kitchen would be doing their last call in ten minutes. I hadnt been to this restaurant since I was a child and so when sat I respectfully took the 2 minutes i had to go over the menu and in that time frame the host gave my friend and I some water. When our server zach came over he asked us were we ready to order while my friend and I were about to say yes he then cut us off to say. “ The kitchen closes in ten minutes so its either a yes or a no” I was taken aback by this rude encounter especially because my friend and I were being very respectful. Read moreMy family and I have been coming here for years!! The environment is always welcoming, clean and friendly! The food is fantastic especially the crab chowder, sushi, burgers and lobster. On top of a huge and delicious menu, there is also a full bar with an amazing assortment of alcoholic beverages. The bar crowd is always a very nice and warm positive crowd...I never feel uncomfortable bringing my 8 year old daughter in to eat even if the bar is crowded because patrons act like one big family!! I believe this restaurant is such a big success because of the management!! The staff is friendly and eager to please!! You can tell that they are happy to be working there and it's easy to see why...The Managers Tommy, Rick and Brian are OUTSTANDING PEOPLE!! They have created an atmosphere that feels amazing to be part of!! Everyone is treated as if they are part of the family when they walk on the door! They know the regular customers and make this a place you want to always come back too!! They also support the community-based often holding fund raisers for families in need and great causes.
