Ordered thru the app, waited 15 min, walk in and im told they never got my order. I check my online bank and I was charged for it, even confirmed the transaction with staff and they agreed it’s the correct location. Well no issues I’ll just tell my bank about it later and I just proceed to reorder everything. I’m given the food (it was a group order) and I head home. When I get there I noticed they didn’t give me a chicken sandwich, gave me regular chicken littles instead of Nashville, and I’m missing a box with a 2 piece combo. Welp I go back (3 min drive) and I explain the mess up politely (after waiting in line for 10 mins on drive thru). Some lady from the food line yells she remembers making those and that we’re lying. I can literally hear this person calling me a liar over chicken like wow. Drive thru lady comes back and asks me if I’m sure they were missing. I’m fuming at this point and told her to charge me again if she wants but I’ll definitely get corporate involved. They give me the missing items after 5 more mins. I am staying at a nearby hotel for four nights and so last night I went to the KFC and ordered a five piece chicken tender meal. The chicken nuggets as that’s all they could be called if you put them together they would equal one tender from a year ago. Complete rip off. Today I go back for dinner and have some Taco Bell and waited more than 15 minutes while basically they’re just standing around. I witnessed more than three episodes of somebody touching customer food money and food that a customers already bitten into while wearing the same pair of gloves. 1st. the Mac and cheese was not in the bag. I checked the receipt and the Mac and cheese was not on the ticket. Sp I said no worries I don't need the Mac and cheese.
2nd. I get home turn on the TV and open the mashed bowl with nuggets. Only to find out there was no nuggets.
3rd. I am a gm for a restaurant in miami. Not only are your employees not paying attention to their customers. The cooks are missing items from the orders. This is losing the establishment money.
4th. This is not your workers fault. You as the managers should be ashamed at the training you give your employees. They are not reading tickets and also not adding items that a customer wants. This hurts your bottom line and any performance bonus you mat get...
