I love this new location every time I order something from there. It is always fresh and warm and the wait time is minimal... The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the ads the company is running and about the menu, which makes it worth the time to ask the questions needed so you get what you want and pay for. (Keep in mind I stated the menu)
The opportunity they face would be Their sauces. This gets so frustrating as They will ask you if you need any at the time of exchanging payment. However, when you tell them that you need 4 ranch. Because the world now knows that we do not ask for fry sauce anymore. (Keep in mind that eliminating that was an Enormous cut in cost to the company all by itself) They tell you you're only allowed to have 2. Well, the last time I checked I was the one that decided for ME. Someone who approaches it by saying, I can give you 2 for free. And then it's 25 cents each, after that. Puts it into the form of company guidelines, and I have the option to buy.? They might be told to only give each person two, to help save on their costs. But let's be honest that tiny tablespoon doesn't stretch very far, and to be even more observant, not every employee honors the strategy.
So do the right thing, by the customer, and I mean as a chain, if you notice, when Calever's - makes a change - like when starting to charge for fry - sauce. They posted it on the inside. Also where you place your order outside in the drive-through right on your takeout order screen. Leaving no room for error, the public can be pissed, pay for it, or go without it. But at least we have been notified. And there are no misleading inconsistencies with their service and what they provide.
When people know the expectations only then can they apply themselves to it. However, if the discrepancy is significant and consistent, it could be seen as misleading.
And honestly, have you ever been to IN- AND- OUT? Their packets hold more and they don't have a limit.. if they can do it so can the rest of you, cut your expenses somewhere else, like over-cooking and in your throwaways, the amount of 25 napkins you hand out.. and not what people want to enjoy their experiences.
Even though this may seem petty, after so long it becomes a hassle and a...
Read moreI had completely given up on Burger King after having terrible experiences at every location I had been to in Utah, but a trip to Korea for a few weeks got me back in the mood for Burger King because their locations are top tier in terms of service, cleanliness, and food quality. When I saw this new location open up in Pleasant Grove I really didn't know what to expect, but I was absolutely surprised that it reminded me of the Korea locations. Each time I've gone the service has been very quick, everyone has been friendly, and the food tastes fresher than any other Burger King location I've been to in the US. This is my new favorite location when I'm having a craving for a Whopper. After staying away from Burger King for so long, I've been back to this location...
Read moreWant to go somewhere where you are told you cant have what you want, then come on down to bk where they will tell you that you cant order that. They need to be trained better on their menu. Doing a combo your way as advertised should not be so difficult. They did not understand or try to understand. They kept saying a combo your way is either the duo for 5 or trio for 7. Told them I wanted a whopper meal with halvie fry/onion ring and a drink. They still were telling me that wasn't possible and ended up giving me a whopper jr. Teach your managers and employees better. Make sure the people you have at the register knows how to communicate with guest and how to put in orders that your damn kiosk even...
