First Watch — Restaurant in Pleasant Grove

Probably not my first choice for brunch in future. Tried to be one of the first to try as it’s our newest and closest breakfast place, but unfortunately it just didn’t quite hit the spot like most places do. A very comprehensive menu but ultimately nothing blew me away and a few gimmicky things like “million dollar options” that just fall flat. Not the worst, not the best, especially for the price!

Update: not a petty review as suggested by other reviewers, but an honest response to a restaurant that I felt accurately reflected my thoughts and feelings. Sorry it’s just not a 5* from me, but I feel 3* is reasonable for our $70 meal that was just ok. I appreciate the company’s response...

Oh how we love First Watch! Finally you are in Utah! Yeah! Staff couldn’t be friendlier - great service. My husband had the salmon frittata and it was amazing and his huge pancake was delicious. First Watch serves the best avocado toast. I have Celiac and there are many gluten free choices and yes they have gluten free bread/toast. Their fresh juices are fabulous. Oh and we love the upholstered high back dining chairs—so comfy. Plenty of convenient parking. A bit more peaceful music would be much appreciated especially early in the morning. This is our new go-to breakfast place. Welcome to Pleasant Grove...

Don’t listen to the one negative review it’s petty and stupid. I’ve been coming to First Watch for many many years when I lived in Arizona and I’m so excited that First Watch is finally in Utah. They never let me down. I always get the big Parma hash. It is so good. I will be coming every weekend now since this location is down the street from my house as usual they are fast friendly and the food is excellent. I was also greeted by Kayla she was super friendly and excited to help open this new location. ...
