Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Plymouth Charter Township

Placed an order online at 11:30am, expected delivery time was 12:15pm. Delivery wasn't here at 12:40 so I called. The person on the phone didn't even ask who I was or what the order was, just said "it's out for delivery". I pressed a little harder, asking how he knew which order it was. I relayed my phone number and he asked if I'd ordered it from the right store. I gave him the store code along with my order number. "oh, the pizza is right here". At 1:10 pm, the order arrived. Very racist I tried to over look it but today was the last day I’ve been ordering pizza here for bout 3 months and I typically go maybe 2 or 3x a week Normally I would tell them light sauce but seeing they never got it right I just say no sauce and dip it wit my own special sauce I make so after always getting it wrong I still came cause it was close but I ask today and they say they no longer do that like I was adding toppings you have to make the pizza slice any way just no sauce simple but I will not be going here and I advised stay away cause u pay for what you want not what...

Worst experience ever!!!! I used to be a loyal customer at this location. However after the service I received today.... Never again!!! Josh was rude on the phone. The manager Gabriel didn't appear to be much better. I explained my be complaint to him and he basically just looked at me like a deer in headlights. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me... And it was horrible. After my order was ready it was placed in the counter and the young lady turned her back and walked away!!!! I'll never go here again and will share my experience on every social media outlet.......
