Horrible establishment, horrible managers, horrible upper management. Was told to use kiosk cause “manager didn’t want to open a cash drawer” so I used kiosk. Spent 10 minutes ordering, cause kiosk was beyond slow. Paid, and machine said my order number and receipt will be at front. 15 minutes pass by and still haven’t got my food, well kiosk charged my debit card but never sent the order over. Tina Cheshire (who supposedly is the higher up) STILL hasn’t sent me her email so I can send her the proof of the charge. Do not go here. Avoid this location at all costs, this was just supposed to be a quick stop on the way to metro Detroit but it turned into so much more and I am still out the $25 that I paid for the order (with proof from my bank). By the way, this Wendy’s has no plan to make anything right because in their eyes there is nothing wrong despite all the evidence being on my side, but Tina Cheshire won’t send her email to me like she said she would so I can send her the evidence of my card is charged. Read moreThe customer service in this establishment was unacceptable. The cashier yelling across the store to use the kiosk machine to process order. Three customers walked out the restaurant after waiting in line 10-15 minutes. The cashier was upset when I told her before paying that I cannot have tomatoes on my salad. Then she stated the salads are premade. Ok, so can I have the apple pecan salad, I was willing to pay the difference. As I was leaving the restaurant I hear cashier talking about me to the other employees. When I arrived at the office, I called the restaurant on three different times and nobody answering the phone. Finally, on the fourth called SOMEBODY answered the phone. I was instructed to call the manager back at 4 PM. Called back at 4 PM; 4:25 PM; 4:26 PM and finally 4:29 PM the phone was answered. Asked for Victor the GM. As I'm explaining Victor interrupt TALKING very loud in the phone. What do you want me to do with a week-old employee. Unbelievable. Train your staff on customer service. Asked for corporate number and Victor told me to get it off the internet.

Read moreI ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with some spicy nuggets and a cookie sunday. The line was quite long and the cashier was very focus and Discrete getting all the customers orders in. An older woman behind the counter got my food ready. That same older woman shouted out that she wasn't going to make that cookie sunday and then stingily commanded the cashier to make the cookie Sunday. The cashier was obviously busy with all the customers that were coming in. She went up the cashier and grabbed his arm and told him that he needs to make that cookie Sunday. It was appalling to see the older white woman grab the young African America arm like that. He asked if he was going to make the Sunday would she take over the register which she responded "no that's not my job" very appalling to watch. Food was good.
