I am new to the area and this is usually something I do not do. I have worked the food industry, retail for 6 years and now the legal field . The few times I have been to this location I have had absolutely the WORST experiences!!!! I am a noodle regular and probably will never go back to this location. Let’s start with that every time I have gone the doors have not been open, it is either exactly 11 or a few minutes past. Today the doors didn’t open until 1106, I get it, sometimes things happen but you are here to serve your customers and this already is starting off bad. Second, the customer service experience is GARBAGE. The employees have been so rude, no smiles and when I’m ordering they are just talking to their other coworkers? Also one time I order my meal, the gentleman scanned by coupon then told me it was going to be a 15 mins wait for my food? Mind you, there was no other people in the restaurant, it was 1140 and how about you tell me before I waste my time? Also the four times I have been the two times I actually got food it was absolute trash. I ordered the chicken Veracruz salad and each times there has been ingredients forgot to be added. I get things happen and people have bad days, so that’s why I have tried again. But no more will I go...
Read moreI Stopped by this location on my way home from the cities to pick up three meals for my family. I went inside to place my order and the young girl working there with Roman Numeral tattoos up her neck was either high as a kite while taking my order, or just completely didn’t care? She was non responsive to my questions and stood there yawning while taking the order and while taking other orders while I waited. I told her THREE times not to put mushrooms on my Chicken Alfredo meal as I’m allergic to them, and after she called my name and I picked up my finished order I asked her a last time if there were mushrooms on my Chicken Alfredo? She looked me in the eye and said no. When I got home and checked my meal, guess what was on there? Mushrooms? If you don’t like your job, quit? As a paying customer I deserve to get what I ordered? If this cannot be provided, then the wrong person is in charge over there making sure this happens. If I would not have checked my meal and started eating I could have ended up in the hospital so I just threw it in the garage. Read moreI've ordered BBQ Mac with Steak at this location many times. At this store they consistently forget to add the BBQ sauce and jalapeño chips. Normally they are polite and work with me and I understand with being busy. I called to let them know they had messed up this order a nth time at this location. My mac was just noodles with steak and cheese (missing the BBQ and chips). The general manager, Tristan, first tells me, "I remember making that order, we definitely did it right." I proceed to offer photos and he shifts it to a refund of the food item. He then tells me, "If you keep having this problem at this store you should just order from another Noodle's. There are plenty in the area".
I've never experienced a general manager to first tell me they definitely made it correctly then tell me well if you don't like the outcome, take your service somewhere else. There was zero ownership and I'm not interested in paying more or waiting longer for an outcome of getting the food my app lets me select. I'm in shock a GM deflected this as if an expectation of customization, which is promoted by Noodles, is unreasonable...
