Some people there are kind and cordial, and then some of the staff treat their customers like garbage. Dismissing them as they are ordering, aren't even looking at them, talking with their friends in the back who are cooking, laughing and making jokes, its just unprofessional. I get it, maybe they don't want to be there, but then why work there? Not sure where they are importing their limes in from.. but they are extremely low quality. They rarely even have limes in stock let alone willing to cut them up, and when they do they have nothing inside of them juice wise. Hardly any juice came out of an entire lime, and it pretty much disinigrated in my hands. So so dry. And they charge you extra for limes!! Lastly, they charge you for EVERYTHING at this location, my total at this location is allllways way more expensive than any other location I go to. Not sure if this is a changed management strategy at this location, but its gross. In no way trying to come across as high maintenance and to be honest, reading the other reviews on here it looks like I'm not the only one who has had this experience. I'm not sure who is in charge of this locations hiring, but they may want to consider a staffing strategy. Poor lime quality is one thing and something that is probably out of their control, disrespectful staff that make customers feel like they are a bother just by being there when they are literally purchasing something is a whole different ball game. Be better.

I’ve ordered takeout at least three times here over the last 4 years, and it would seem this particular location has challenges with recruiting, staffing and management. They have a very disorganized takeout order pickup procedure: the normal shelf used by most chipotle locations to stage completed takeout orders is used for restaurant equipment and computer equipment (see photo). They don’t verbally call out the names on completed orders that languish in the back, out of reach of customers, and they seem not to have the staffing capacity to assist you in finding your order, or even to greet customers waiting for 20 to 30 minutes. My best advice for anyone ordering takeout is to be flexible with your expectation of a pickup time. For example, if you want to pickup food at 4:30pm, order a 4pm pickup by 3:30pm. At around 6pm or 6:30pm, order a 7pm pickup time if you ultimately want your food by 7:30pm. Plan way ahead, and plan on re-heating your takeout food at home if they somehow are able to prepare it on time. This location has needed 30 to 45 minutes to prepare all three of my takeout orders.

Very frustrating experience at chipotle tonight. We ordered online. When I got there it was very packed, which is not a big deal. I went to the counter to see if my food was ready, but my name or my wife’s names were not on any of the bags. I waited in the store for over a half hour. I called my wife who placed the order and she said that the website said the order was complete. The name on our bag was User, Andre. My wife name is Andrea K. Not sure where the last name user came from. The receipt was also not printing in the middle of the middle of the receipt, so it cut my wife’s name off short. I didn’t feel comfortable digging through a bag that was potentially not mine because of Covid. It was also frustrating trying to hear the guy calling names. It was very difficult through the mask. My food was not obviously cold and not very good.

Updated 10/21/22: Still trying. Friday night. I’m nearby and decide to pick a quick meal up on the way home at 8pm. Staffing shortages means online only orders. Can’t do that from this location due to inaccuracies and inconsistency if you’re not watching them make it. I wish there were a way to know if they are online only by checking online! Several others turned around at the door as well. Funny how owner operated restaurants like Culver’s and Chick-fil-a are never short staffed. Still one star (or less).

Updated 9/10/22: I never really learn, but I enjoy Chipotle and this location has been better lately when you are able to order in person. In-person ordering was happening tonight, but the make line was very filthy. Dirty food bins were piled higher than I’ve ever seen. When they would get more rice they had to use the old crusty bin because there were no clean bins. The counter they make the food on was very nasty. The bins with food in them and in between were very crusty and dirty. Several people commented on how unsanitary the prep area looked. Still one star. One definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again (me eating at this location) and expecting different results. I guess this time it was the same result, but it least it sucked for a different reason.

Updated 9/3/22: Still sticking to one star. Another night, another random online ordering only day. Their online ordering preparation is inconsistent at best. If you order rice, steak, and cheese in a bowl, you might only get a quarter of your bowl filled. Plus, if you show up thinking you’ll get a quick burrito, you might wait 20 minutes for an online order if they’re not doing in person orders. Please pay the wage you need to pay to staff your store correctly. Unfortunately this is the only convenient Chipotle, but I probably eat 1/10 as many Chipotle meals as I did pre-pandemic.

Original: I'm so sick of this Chipotle (and many others). Can't make up their mind whether it's online ordering only or in-person ordering. On-line orders take forever and are ALWAYS wrong. Chipotle never figured out the pandemic and online ordering. Can't fix their staff shortages. This location is as bad as any. Here's a tip: lose the online ordering and focus on in-person...

Came here around 9:40pm to get one bowl to go with my friend. When we walked in we got a very sharp “THERE IS NO RICE” comment from behind the grill. Which I replied “understood”. Stood for 30 seconds thinking if I wanted to get a bowl still and decided yes. I let the employee know by staying “We’ll still order something”. He turned around and walked away. Approximately 3 mins later he walked out from the back on his phone and never made eye contact with us. We didn’t want to seem rude so we just stood there for a while. There was a total of 6 employees in the building and we ended up waiting another 7 min until finally a younger guy named Leo who was the only one actually doing any work (he was cleaning the lobby) realized that his fellow employees were ignoring us and now the line behind us as well. He stopped cleaned and came over to help. He must have been new because he didn’t know how to do some things. He kept asking questions of other employees who would eventually answer him but would never help him beyond that. He was the ONLY one of the 6 employees there that actually was working and helping customers and he was probably in training. The amount of employees who ignored us is embarrassing for the company. If I was their manager I would frankly probably fire them and I would be embarrassed on behalf of them. I hope Leo continues to do good work for the company and that the other employees move on to something else because they either don’t enjoy their jobs or...
