Cupcake Charlie's — Restaurant in Plymouth

The (1*)is only for the Plymouth location. GPS brings you to the dock to park, then you're on your own to even find it. There are no signs directing you to it's location. I only found it by asking a local girl waiting for her food at a wharf restaurant. Her directions were great. And I only came to this one bcuz the Wareham location was closed due to a sudden death in the family. This is the location you should go to- Forget Plymouth. I believe I ordered 8 cupcakes which the girl who packed the box must have not noticed that she didn't put the box together well, since it collapsed upon my arrival at my car parked a scant 3 mins from their hidden entrance. I had placed the box inside a plastic crate, so that nothing would bang into it, I only fixed the cover- thought it had come loosened. This was like 4pm in downtown Plymouth-super busy with traffic. I unpacked it at my hotel for a birthday surprise and Boy was I surprised. Everything was crushed. I will Never go back to this Cupcake Charlie's location again. The Wareham Crossing(rte 28) location is far Superior in service, care of packaging and choices. Its just a smaller store compared...

I love this place... But... this is the second time this has happened to me first time it happened in Wareham Mass where I was charged for 2 cupcakes that I didn't order and I said to my boyfriend why did it cost so much that's when I noticed they charge me for 2 cupcakes that I didn't order this is the reason why I always ask for a receipt and the second time it happened a day before my birthday just recently in July we ordered two Rice Krispie bars cost $3.19 each and we only got 1.. I didn't realize it until 20 minutes later that we got charged for 2 and we got 1 it was too late to go back because it was 9 and they close at 9 at night and we got cupcakes on top of the Rice Krispies.... the employees need to pay more attention and they also rushed you the second you're at the counter at both locations... and always make sure you get a receipt because they do make mistakes this is the reason why I'm giving...

When asked if something had peanut butter the girl couldn’t answer me and basically said can’t tell you for sure? Then when we asked for a box because my 4 year old couldn’t finish her cupcake we were told you can buy it. Its 1.00. This didn’t happen the last time I was here. If it cost so much for the brown boxes you make people pay for maybe get a lower cost box for people to bring home the item. This girl was rude, said I don’t know what to tell you and I don’t appreciate this after we leave a 5.00 tip and I had to get change from the bottom of my purse so my daughter could bring home what I paid for. Please tell the customer if they’re dinning in that they have to pay for a box. So make sure you say I’m taking out and so you get a box and sit down and eat it. Absolutely horrible. As a business maybe you should calculate the cost of boxes and how you can make up...
