It's ok. I love the food but service could be better. It has definitely improved over the last year or two. They used to mess up my order every time I went in. They weren't very friendly either. Just a bunch of teenagers who clearly didn't want to be there. I think the most annoying thing was nobody ever had name tags on, so I didn't even know who to complain about. There was one girl who worked there who had phenomenal customer service skills and she never got my order wrong, in fact she actually memorized it. I was really sad when she stopped working there. Over this past weekend we saw TV ads running for a 2 topping pan style pizza being promoted. We made a special trip over to this location to order this. They told us the promotion had ended, so my wife left with no pizza. Later the same afternoon of 11/12/23, we saw the same ad run again for the same promotion, and the dates clearly showed it was a current promotion. We went to a different Pappa Murphy's and there was no problem. We're quite sure this has happened before at this location. I went to the store on Friday March 14th for the Pi/Pie Day Promotion, though the employees didn't seem to know anything thing about it.
It was a busier Friday afternoon, though I'm not faulting the employees for that.
My order of a Large 2-topping Garlic Cheese-Stuffed Pizza wouldn't qualify for the promo, I'm disappointed since it feels like my request to have the discount applied was just brushed aside without someone really listening.
I'm more disappointed in the management than the employees themselves, and for expensive pizza that really doesn't taste that great...I'll go...
