I Door-dashed for a customer here last night, and HOLY HELL! this place has some management issues! I wait in line for about 8 minutes before I can get to the counter and then when I do the hostess says she didn’t make the order and it was gonna be another 15-20 minutes??? I notify the customer letting them know what had happened. The customer was not happy because he had placed the order 30-40 minutes prior to me arriving. The customer calls the restaurant and is very un happy so in response the “acting manager” gets mad at the PAYING customer for THEIR mistake?!?!? WHAT!?!? on top of that the manager comes up to me and says “im not cooking that guys food” what??? That’s not how you handle customers DUDE! offer to give them a discount on their next order for YOUR MISTAKE, or offer to give them a free desert or something!!! Are you a professional restaurant or not? I’ve had businesses mess up tons of orders I’ve delivered for and never seen a manager do this!

so basically I waisted 40 minutes driving there and waiting in the lobby only to not get paid? Thanks Chubbyz🫡 they lost not just one customer but two by doing this. Cuz I’m not going back! When you start messing with the money I’m trying to make supporting my family because you have bad customer care, I’m out! THE WORKS and Paps Kelsey’s are better sandwich shops anyway and Jersey mikes is coming in right next to Albertsons so good riddance to these guys.

My family thought it was awesome that we could have Burgers delivered! I did not realize there would be heat in my burger, but other than that it was awesome. The fries were my favorite kind, steak fries. Some of the fries were still nice and hot after being delivered, but they were all floppy, none of them were crisp. The one order of tater tots were the same, no golden colors, and floppy and soggy. I feel that had they got them crisp this experience would have been so much better. Also $32.00 for 3 burgers, 3 less than average sides & 3 small drinks was not really worth it. I can go to my favorite fast food joint and pay $25.00 for approximately the same size burger, larger sides that are crispy, and a larger drink, for 3 meals. We stopped in while driving through and I wish we had one closer! The prices are reasonable and the food was craveable. I got the shrimp po boy—it was well-filled with shrimp and the sauce had just a hint of spice. The hoagie bun was soft but structured. I ate half before thinking to take a picture to share. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich. The pork was sweet and the coleslaw was well seasoned. The bread held up really well. He says it could have used just a little more bbq sauce. We both got their house fries. Our kids described them as tasting like ramen, and they definitely hit that savory flavor with a good kick of heat to them (my kids still helped us eat them).
