Update 2/7/2023: My office orders from here frequently. It is now an office joke to see how many things are missed and/or wrong with everyone's sandwiches. I now have friends messaging me with pictures joking about how the "cut in half" button is just for show. I am actually convinced that they dont allow the workers there to actually use knives, due to their educational level. I have only eaten there once since the last occurrence but am glad to see that nothing has changed. I cannot wait for Jersey Mikes to move in and completely DESTROY this place.
Update: 10/21. I no longer order from here ever. I only partake when my employer orders for the office. Today, i ordered a sandwich, asked and was charged extra for avocado. Guess what wasn't on the sandwich? Shocking I know. We are now at a 99.9% probability that this place will get your food wrong. Every, single, time.
Update: I was contacted by corporate and the store manager. They offered me plenty of compensation for this. However months later i still have not used them, not intent to. Today, i was gifted a sandwich by a friend. On the receipt it shows, "Cut 1/2" but still to my amazement, i have a full sandwich. Even the simplest of tasks cannot be achieved here. I'm happy I go to the local sandwich shops altogether now. Its utterly useless to ask anything more of this place for even the simplest of things.

Read moreI work at a nearby business about 3 blocks away and cannot leave to pick up our orders and my boss is very elderly, so the delivery option is key. We are very frequent customers sometimes ordering twice a week. I have kept returning with good faith and I'm not sure we will be ordering any more, often times our sandwiches are not correct. Even more often we are waiting for an hour or more for our delivery. Today I called after an hour after order submission with no notification it was out for delivery and no order had shown up. I called the store and they said it was there waiting, they were just waiting on their driver to return from the university a small number of blocks away. After another hour the order was delivered, meaning our sandwiches had sat out made for over an hour (this is not food safety practice) and took two hours from order to delivery. I was told by the delivery driver a credit would be automatically applied to my account the next time I order. I'm not sure what is continuing to go on at this location but the manager and location owner need to be looked at...
Read moreMight I suggest new management? As a manager myself I understand the difficulties we face and I give a lot of grace without complaint. Finding help is hard, not to mention good help. This location is simply broken. There isn't a piece of the process that doesn't need help. Freaky fast is the slogan, but my last several experiences have left me sitting in the drive through for up to 10 minutes, as the only customer. Reading other reviews it seems I was lucky to Have only waited that long. Every order is somehow wrong. Ask for the sandwich to be cut in half? Never. Ask for mustard packets, sure! They won't be in the bag tho. At the window I was "greated" by a girl complaining about her coworker. No hello, no "your total is". The customer service is non existent.
