Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pohatcong Township

I go here on the regular. They sound annoyed at 8 pm and say they only take card payments or their coffee machine is off. Go in the morning the woman is rude if you order mobile app and you are late picking it up she said they have to throw away the food and start over. Another time she is just rude because after I left I realized they did not put in my grilled cheese sandwich and I returned to get it. She took it off the counter said nothing handed it to me and looked very annoyed. Often you wait at the drive up and nobody answers. You think they are closed. The donuts are stale. The food is not tasting fresh. The bread is getting smaller and smaller. The coffee is bitter. I don't know if it's because it is not freshly made or what. The other day I bought the Almond Spice Iced coffee made with almond milk was absolutely horrible. Very little almond milk there is no way to adjust how many pumps are in it. And just had a terrible taste I felt like throwing it away. The prices of the lattes are ridiculous. The service is slow and they often just hand you things in the drive up which actually go to drivers behind you. Many workers are young kids who don't seem to take the job seriously. The place is close by so I go there but it seems to be getting worse. I avoid the donuts because they are stale. Now the bread for the sandwiches is seeming stale. The best they had was the wraps with Mike's Hot honey but they don't offer it anymore. Things that are decent like the cinnamon coffees are no longer offered I guess they rotate the menus. I have never been inside the place. Maybe having the drive up plus counter service is too much for them. They should have warmers to put food in to keep it warm so when you pick it up it is hot. Former employee here from the Covid days. This place is becoming even more horrible, every single time I come here the employees that are teenagers, are always on their phones, are rude and ignore you every time you order and are constantly waiting for your things but they send the orders to the wrong spot in the store. They mess up consistently and don’t care what’s ordered half the time they don’t make it til after you’ve paid and it’s supposed to be done and ready to go by the time payment is processed. One time someone ordered before never paid and they tried to get me to pay for it. This is one reason I stopped working there. The management and owner aren’t even doing their jobs properly to keep the place running efficiently. They’re constantly goofing off or on their phones like it’s school and not a job. $9.78 total and i have $20.03. gave me back $10.22. I said I was supposed to get a quarter back, not $0.22 and the girl had to turn around and have a discussion about it. She really in that I have her $20 even although i handed her the pennies first. At the same location a well earlier i pulled up to the window and was given about $2 less in change than what I was due back. When I asked why, I was told that they had ring in something won't originally and it should have been the higher price. Apparently they were not going to tell me, but just give me back less money.
