If I could leave 0 stars I would. 4 days before thanksgiving,Put in a big order to be picked up at 730am on Thanksgiving morning. This order consisted of 6 dozen donuts, 2 boxes of joe and a box of hot chocolate. Went in personally to set up order. The employee filled out my order on a blue sticky note I ended up leaving my order broken down for each dozen donuts with D.D as I was not confident with a sticky note. Informed employee if anyone had any questions or problems please call me and left 2 phone numbers to reach me at. My bill was over $150. Thanksgiving morning arrived around 7:20 am not expected things to be completely ready and they were not. Only the 2 coffee and the 1 hot choc boxes were ready. Employee said I don’t understand what you want in the donut boxes. So I pulled out the list as I had made an extra copy as they couldn’t mind mine. Explained 3 dozen donuts where to be a “express dozen” most popular flavors, 2 dozen had a list of how many and of what kind of donuts. And the last dozen had another list of donut variety’s. First off tried to give me a box full of strawberry frosted, no where in my list was there a dozen strawberry frosted (they where hoping I wouldn’t check them before I left) had them correct it. With all the chaos they caused they shorted me 1 dozen(had to go back and get) no one offered to help me bring out to my car. 3 trips to grab it all no mind you they had 1 car in drive thru and no walk in guests. Working on holidays suck but knowing tips are normally great I had intentions on tipping very well. 1 trip out to car no help, tip went down by half,2nd trip tip went down to nothing. A box of joe ripped apart when I got to one of my destinations (they are not made to last). Went back for missing donuts and manager said this is why I called you so you could give me order as my kids(crew) don’t know any better. WORST experience I have had in a long time. Reference use to be a district manager for D.D over 15 yrs ago so I know how this should have turned out and what I witnessed is a manger who has not trained correctly, and doesn’t correct when addressed with a issue. All she said was this is why I called you and asked will give you a cup of coffee on us for your troubles. I will be contacting their franchise owner and having a formal complaint put in. I do this every holiday for my customers and my town employee who work 24-7 protect and serving. Christmas time will DEFINETELY be a different D.D hopefully...
Read moreEvery single time I've gone here they have screwed up my simple order of 1 medium iced coffee with cream. always watered down weak coffee with way to much cream, today they decided to give me hazelnut syrup added in which makes it the 6th time I've had to go back inside for a correction. When I went back inside a kid at the counter who absolutely was high didnt even apologize, he didnt even say 1 word just camr back with a watery regular iced coffee at that point i had enough. Besides making it terribly they charge the price of a large for a medium compared to every other dunkin donuts I've been to. To be frank, it was a nice excuse to open the door as the AC in our Mitsubishi Outlander was insufficient on a hot day. And while Nehad was a very kind gentlemen, his vehicle choice left some room for improvement. The staff at this local coffee shop made sure to accommodate my friend and his Brad Pitt stop.
