My family and I have been coming to Frankie’s since I was a little kid. Has always been a spot for us when in Point Pleasant. Tonight my girlfriend and I went there from work and had great meals. The waitress we had was so nice and accommodating. We went home and my girlfriend realized she left her purse at Frankie’s so in a panic she called right away. The manager at the time answered the phone and was rude and said “I bussed that table and didn’t see it”. My girlfriend searched her car to make sure it wasn’t there and then called Frankie’s back. This time the hostess answered and said “ yeah someone’s now sitting there so we can look when they leave”. We live about 20 mins away so we jumped in the car and went back to Frankie’s. My girlfriend ran in to go to our table and was stopped by the host and manager saying she couldn’t go look for it until the people at the table left. This manager I believe her name is Patty was so rude to her and made her feel so horrible about the situation and was not accommodating at all. My girlfriend was in tears and just wanted to look for her purse so we could leave. Instead the manager made us wait there and was not nice to us and had not a care that this was a dire situation and huge inconvenience to us. There was another guy that worked there that was dressed in a brown shirt ( not sure if he was a manager) he went over to the table to look for the purse with his phone light but told us it wasn’t there. We waited there for 30-40 mins before the group finally got up. My girlfriend ran over to the table and one of the guys sitting at the table was holding her purse and said “ I heard you were looking for this”. I’m sorry but this was handled so poorly by management and staff and they were not accommodating to my girlfriend who was in shambles because she didn’t know if her purse was stolen or still at the table. The fact that they couldn’t let her go to the table to ask or see if it was there when it was the whole time was so inconvenient and horribly managed. We should of never had to wait there forever to get her purse back. Was such a shitty situation that we don’t know if we ever want to go back and deal with the current management in place. We’re so unbelievably upset that such a fun night at one of our favorite places was ruined by...

Read moreThis place is amazing starting off first with the decor, it has a family feel to it, at first when I walked in it reminded me of the TV show cheers, the atmosphere is family friendly there's a huge bar with a grill in the middle which is kinda cool watching them make everything from steaks 🥩 to ribs and burgers. There's lots of TV in there as well to CA ch up on sports while kicking back a few brewski's. The food is really good and the portions are plentyful. The server I had was new and learning his name was John but he did an amazing job, he got everything we ordered right, he was friendly and service was fast. You could tell he was a bit nervous waiting tables but he did really good. There were only 2 waitress that were cold when I asked them for help. I understand it was really busy but that's no way to treat the person who simply was there to have a good time with my little girl and wife. It was the attitude and consent talking over me that leaves me to take away one star. Now I can tell she was having a bad day but that's no excuse to be cold with the customer. I would recommend this place for some family meals or just to have a drink on the bar with friends. This was my fist time here and I really like it a lot. Hope the young waitress that had an attitude problem with me gets some anger management classes cause if you can't handle the heat, stay out of...
