Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

I wouldn't tell anyone any lie about where I go or where I eat I like giving reviews and good reviews and not negative reviews from the reviews I have read the coffee is pretty good but the donuts I have just ordered was stale tasted like they probably was sitting up for 6 days or maybe more they taste awful very badly I guess because the restaurant is in a poor neighborhood and they don't care about what do they give to people from the neighborhood across the street from the store I've ate at a Dunkin donut before over on East Atlantic the food is very fresh and taste wonderful not saying all Dunkin' donuts are the same but the one over in Coconut Creek their donuts are even bad and old what has become of Dunkin' donuts one other Dunkin' donuts I went to was East McNab their food is great also and fresh and taste wonderful I will not be going back to this Dunkin' donut and it was my first time but don't get me wrong people the staff are beautiful people and they'll treat you with a smile but for me I am giving this...

As a pure Dunkin Donuts fanatic, this is by far the worst Dunkin Dunkins' I've been to. I went there Tuesday evening 2/23/16 to study with a classmate and the service was completely terrible. There was 2 young ladies working at the time and while I was telling them my order they were having a full out conversation, using profanity in front of me and other customers. The even messed up my order which I really didn't have to energy to correct them about it. As the night went on they were yelling across the store using horrible language as if they were at a cookout. To make matters even worst, one of the girls started mopping around me as if I was in her way. Mind you the store didn't close for another hour. Completely...

Horrible service! Upon walking in, a lady (black lady) was mopping the entrance and became upset that my children and I walked in. The order taker ( black guy) walked away as we reached the counter, conversed with his coworkers, then left the store; leaving me standing there for maybe 3 minutes. A young lady (white lady) finally reluctantly took my order. Visited that location three times, and all three experiences were terrible due to the service. They are not willing to work, Hire someone that will work in spite of their morning/ day. Don't visit this location, they'll ruin your experience as they've done with...
