Arby's — Restaurant in Pooler

Second time we have eaten at an Arby's and boy was it worthwhile. Pulled of I-95 going south at exit 104 in GA and planned on eating at Chick-fil-A but the long car line made us go to Arby's. Restaurant was seating inside and all sections were marked off and super clean. I ordered the Ruben Sandwich meal plus a Root Beer Float. Bill ordered the 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches. Food came out quickly and hot. Total was $16.90 and worth every cent as I only finished 1/2 of my Ruben and Bill only his Buffalo Sauce Sandwich. Ice tea was refilled with a new cup and we ended up taking the rest of the food home for dinner. As we were leaving we noticed the crew doing a cleaning of all occupied booths and extra effort taken to make sure everything was super clean for the next guests. I am so angry!!! I just spent almost $34 and lost a lot of food because they did not close the lid to the Au Ju sauce. It soaked the bottom of the bag, and as I was passing it to my daughter, it spilled out the bottom all over me, my seat, and the ground. The jalapeno poppers and fries were a soggy mess. I called the store, and the manager on duty was less than concerned. she said "we can fix that", but never said she was sorry for what happened. Her attitude was making me angrier, so I had to hang up. I had so much Au ju sauce on me, I had to shower and change. We lost all the mozzarella sticks, some fries, the poppers were soggy, and food was cold because we had to spend time cleaning the truck! I have never been so angry at a fast food restaurant as I am right now. Completely...

The food was delicious and even though I think just about all food outlets shakes are overpriced, I think Arby's shakes are some of the thickest. I do wish all the Arby's offered a military discount even if it just offset the tax on the bill. And I guess because I was the night manager for one restaurant when I first got of high school and the manager for another restaurant after I got off active duty with the military. Neither offered the discount even though we could have easily accommodated it. Probably most restaurants out there can get a 25 to 30% profit based on my experiences. Yet very few offer the discount because the military is not in the news at the present. And hopefully our military won't be in a major conflict for any...
