Had a bad experience with Jaylyn at the handoff counter. I went here around 8:30pm at night on 5/10/24 to get some food and coffee. I’m a sip club member so I’m pretty expecting of some stock being in the back this late, no problem. I patiently waited about 3-4 minutes for the cashier to finish up taking an order so I could ask for cream and decided it could be quicker to ask the guy at the handoff counter who was texting if he could get it for me. He very quickly said “it’s up there, she will get it for you” and pointed to the cashier, as he drifted back to his phone right in front of me. Mind you everyone around him was cleaning and there wasn’t that many people here this night. His attitude and inability to simply get some cream, especially because he seemed like a supervisor, astounded me. I still can’t believe he just went back to his phone. I used to be a supervisor in the service industry and the way he treated me was the way people I would send home for the night would act. They’re running up the clock doing nothing, and worse of all not even accommodating a customer. More of a liability to the company than an asset if you ask me. Super rude and lazy. Did not even try to accommodate, say it in a nice way, or help his teammates who are all working hard. I went back to the front counter, waited for another three minutes, and decided if I asked again maybe he would do it. As I shouldn’t have to wait this long for cream when someone who wasn’t busy could do it. So I did. He didn’t like it all. Didn’t say a word, and very grudgingly gave me a half gallon of cream. You could tell it in his expression. Come to find out when I get home that my grain bowl is missing some of the best ingredients, the reason I got it (the avocado). Just overall horrible experience. I’m not a salty person, I put up with a lot and I understand the job, but I also understand how upper management sometimes doesn’t have eyes and ears on their nightly employees, so I hope this can shine some light. People usually only write reviews if they had a really good experience that stood out or a really bad one. And this one was on the bad,...
Read moreI like to stop in this shopping center whenever I'm about to board a plane on my way back home from visiting family in SC, which is pretty often. My daughter selected Panera Bread this time & I love Panera, so we stopped. It was Tuesday, January 4th - in between breakfast & lunch - a little after 10am. There was no line at the register and the lady behind the counter waited patiently as we discussed our options. She had greeted us politely behind her mask when we entered. My daughter opted for breakfast & chose the egg white, avocado & spinach on ciabatta bread ($6.19). I had my breakfast early, so I ordered lunch - a Greek salad ($8.49) and the pepperoni & sausage flatbread ($10.29). I didn't notice at the time that my salad was missing the tomatoes that were pictured. Nor did I notice my pizza was lacking the generous amount of cheese & pepperoni shown in the picture at the counter. The staff member behind the counter politely told us they would bring it out to us so we sat down nearby at a counter. A few minutes later, I heard a name called out from the back & someone got up to pick up their food. A few minutes later, I went to check on our food. It was sitting on the counter, in front of the cooks. I mentioned to the woman there that I was picking up our order. She didn't ask for a name or seem to care, especially when I mentioned that the woman in the front had told us it would be brought to us. Needless to say, the pizza wasn't hot. Shame, I only ate a couple of pieces and told my daughter to take the rest home. The salad was really good, nice and fresh. My daughter enjoyed her sandwich, no complaints. We rarely get the type of service in these parts that we do in Dallas, I try to overlook it for my daughter's sake, but geez, management should care more about the reviews - I really wanted to give it more ** Never forget there is a lot of...
Read moreVery unprofessional, childish kids working Tuesday night. 3 very young black gentlemen cussing and goofing off in front of customers and half a** making the food, they were being very loud and saying to each other "they will hire anyone to work here" and kept going back and forth between the 3 of them being unprofessional towards each other. Yelling "stop touching the sandwich's your not wearing gloves". Ordered 2 bowls of soup for dine in and they told me after I paid that they don't have the soups we wanted and had to settle for soup we didn't want. They said they had to scrape the bottom of the pan for one of our soups. I switched one of them to French onion, didn't get the cheese or croutons that go with it. We asked for Gouda cheese for my daughters sandwich and they put American on her sandwich. Then stuck everything in Togo packaging when we asked to dine in, had to ask for spoons and plates so we could eat. The only good experience we had was with the elderly gentleman who took our order. I come here biweekly and this is by far the worst experience we've had here so far. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Please reconsider who's working here, I don't think they realized we were still in the building eating as they kept getting louder and cussing before we left at 8:45pm. This place is supposed to be better than fast food and I felt like we were at a McDonald's based on the service provided. I completely understand food shortages, but don't tell me your scraping the pan to give soup to my child and then laugh about it. Please hire a more professional group of people to work here. You could see the 3 young men were the center of attention here and everyone else working was quiet and...
