Worst experience YET by far. My drink order was wrong but that's not the issue. The carhop who served me was sweet and very pleasant, however her manager "Marcus" needs serious training for customer service. He apparently was the one who took my drink order, all I asked while making the order was if I could get an ocean water and add redbull instead of the slushie option. The screen read slushie, and I asked twice before sitting in this heat waiting for my order to arrive. He agreed my request was doable. As soon as the carhop came with my order, she corrected the kids slushie and I could hear Marcus yelling at her loudly over her headset, and she was holding back tears. I felt bad for her because she apparently didn't make those drinks... Yes the store was very busy today but it's the managers job is to prevent mix ups, not the carhop. I asked her to let the man who took my mixed up redbull order to the car and he blatantly called me a liar and said he told me three times he could not write up my order per my request. Very terrible way to handle a customer complaint and then he just walked off. So I went through the drive through hoping to speak with his higher up manager, and unfortunately Marcus was the only one there? I recorded my interaction with him. He was very immature and left the window and instructed the carhop to handle my issue. He obviously needs more training if he needs a new employee to take over his duties. After waiting for 30 min for someone to come help resolve my issue, I realized it was of no importance to this business. I put my straw in my drink, took a sip, and it was in fact a blue raspberry slushie all along š so I threw the drinks in the trash on the way out. If anyone from corporate would like to contact me for the video I have or who would like to correct this gross issue please do so. But this business has completely lost me as a customer and if anyone in Pooler ga is smart, they will take their business to a better ran place in the area. Unfortunately, Sonic's app is garbage and I kept receiving a "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." message. My coworker also had the app and her order went through with no issues (which led to my third complaint) so I began troubleshooting. After force closing, signing out and back in, deleting my cart and restarting, deleting the app and redownloading, and creating a new Sonic account, it still wouldn't work. I googled the error message and there are thousands of people with the same issue. One suggestion was to switch locations, and then back to your Sonic, which didn't work either. However, I switched locations again to the Sonic on Canebrake Road and my order worked fine (leading to my second complaint). I still couldn't get it to work at Pooler, so I tried it through the Google Chrome web browser and that wouldn't work either. I ended up getting my lunch at Zaxby's.
My second complaint was noticed when I switched to the Canebrake Road Sonic. The prices were absurdly lower at the Canebrake location than the Pooler location. The Cheesy Bacon SuperSonic Stack was $9.99 at Pooler, but only $7.09 at Canebrake, a measly 10 miles away. That is nearly 30% more...ridiculous. I checked several other items and they were all cheaper at the Canebrake Sonic.
My third complaint stems from my coworker's meal. Sonic never brought it out to us. After the 15 minutes spent troubleshooting my app, they still hadn't brought her food. We went through the drivethrough and had to ask for it. She said it was "cold, greasy, soggy, charred, and distasteful". It was obviously left sitting on the counter that entire time. So, maybe it was a blessing that my app didn't work.
In summary, this was a terrible experience at a terrible Sonic and I can't think of a reason for me or anyone else to go back. I awarded it one star only because zero...

When we got the the box we were told they were accepting delivery and mobile orders only. I attempted to quickly place a mobile order but the app said no orders can be placed at this location. After going back and forth the girl very rudely took our order. I drove over 20 minutes from another county for ice cream bc Iām pregnant. All we ordered was a Reeseās blast. When we pulled to the window there was a young guy standing there just staring at us drinking a milkshake and he never opened the window never spoke just stood there with his shake and staring. The girl finally came with the blast and we went to leave. I noticed it looked really white and upon taking a bite it was completely bland with no chunks or Reeseās taste at all. We pulled back through and just asked for a refund to go to cookout instead. The girl Never said a word just took the shake and quickly gave us a receipt. I told my BF how did she do a refund without even asking for your card and when he looked at the receipt it clearly said ācash refundā but we received no cash. We backed up again and she argued the money would go back to our card. After asking for the manager he came from the back and said we were correct and gave us our money.
