This happened approximately 9:45 tonight. I ordered two chicken chilupas fresh. The young lady asked me to pull up so I did I waited until 9:55 to ask what was going with my food the young lady asked me what was my order so I told her. I waited three more minutes they received my order. I asked the young lady what took so long she said they forgot I was out there. I said to her how is that possible all you had to do was looking out the window. You asked me to pull straight up. She apologized I drove off upset because now I'm late for work. I get settled in at work to see instead of two chicken chilupas I get two beef chilupas. I don't want their beef so I still wound up not having anything to eat. I called to make a complaint asking for the manager. I told her what happened she said they had other orders behind me they had to tend to first. So I asked what does that have to do with me waiting so long for my food and told her they wasn't paying any attention because the other young lady told me they forgot about me. She got smart and said "Oh I pay attention very well" I said ma'am if that was the case I wouldn't have waited as long for my order wouldn't haven't been wrong. She hung the phone in my face. My friend called back and asked for the managers name they wouldn't give it to her saying they didn't have to and continued to be rude to her. My friend was not rude to her although the young lady was rude to her. She said ma'am I need to make a complaint so I need to know the name of the manager so I can know who to address the young lady refused to give her name or the managers name so she...
Read moreThe experience at this restaurant was far beyond dissapointing. I've never seen such attitudes from any personnel that works on a daily basis as the face of a company, even worst somone on the Restaurant industry.
Among the things I had to undergo at this particular location I can point out:
Disrespectful attitude towards a customer who was kindly asking for the status of the food for her family after an almost 30 minute wait in line at the drive thru.
Unfocused, non dilligent personnel that was not putting effort in getting the orders ready.
Friends/acquaintances of the employees sitting inside of the restaurant, joking, playing arround, distracting the employees and provoking delays on the food. Furthermore, asking the employees to provide them with FREE food.
Employees on the phone, talking personal matters for extended periods of time.
Employees on the parking lot, doing non work-related walks or watching the parking lot.
Lack of a responsible mature person who takes with seriousness the needs of customers who are paying their money at this location, while having tons of options arround.
Unorganized/not clean kitchen.
Last but not least, my Crunchy Wrap took 22 minutes to prep.
At a point I thought things were going to escalate and reflected that maybe we should leave this place without the food although having payed for it.
I'd kindly recommend to not visit this specific location at pooler, because if that's with customers... in their own face, who knows what might be happenning in...
Read moreIn need of a whole new management team. Whoever the lady in the out of regulation yellow bucket hat needs a whole attitude adjustment. For someone who I assume to be the manager; the way she was yelling at employees she is very uncouth. I listened in awe as she yelled to me and my SO that we can order when we were ready at the kiosk. I understand if the establishment was busy however we were the only two customers who were ordering at the time. Surely it’s not that hard to do your job and ring up someone’s order. But nonetheless we still proceeded to order.
While waiting for our food I had the pleasure to watch and hear the yellow hat lady yell at a customer who asked for no onions that “ we can’t take it back it’s cross contamination he better learn how to read the ingredients” and then yells to her coworkers “he wants no cilantro dressing”.
I will never understand the point of having a kiosk AND rude employees somebody needs to go either the attitude, the employee, or the kiosk. Like if I gotta do it myself at least spare me the attitude. I was cool when they started implementing these things and making me do THEIR job. But now I have to do your minimum wage job AND you got an attitude?!?
Please go find a job you love and are happy working at no one deserves the attitude that was given to that poor guy. Do better.
Update. So they don’t look at the order from the kiosk while there ordered 8 hot 8 fire and 2 mild sauces received NONE and just look at the picture of my supposed “grilled cheese steak...
